Tucked Away is a newly renovated custom home with everything you could possibly need for the vacation of a life time. The incredibly private setting includes a 38’ X 15’ heated and cooled pool with spa and sun shelf as well as a 16’ dock!

Tucked Away boasts 1566 square feet of AC'd living space plus a huge 26 X 13 screened lanai and 10 X 14 gazebo deck for a total of over 2040 square feet of leisure space! With the open floor plan there is plenty of room for the whole family indoors and out!
The newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, granite counter tops, gas gourmet stove and breakfast bar opens to a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the spacious living room with a 58" flat screen TV and gas fireplace is a great place to relax after your evening meal or anytime!! In cooler weather the sliding doors may be opened to the large and comfortable screened porch overlooking the pool and dock.
Tucked away features a King Master Suite with master bath including a large glass shower and separate soaking tub. French doors lead from the master directly to the pool deck and dock. It also has a 40” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
The first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King on request. The second guest bedroom features a Queen with a private entrance thru French doors to the pool and a 30” flat screen TV.
The two guest bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with glass shower.
The pool area is magnificent featuring a large deck with lounge chairs and a gas barbecue grill if indoor cooking is not your thing! Enjoy your meal on the large outdoor table overlooking the pool and dock.
After a day at the pool or beach, you can rinse off or cool down at the large enclosed private hot and cold outdoor shower. If you're the more adventurous type, launch a kayak from the dock or just simply toss in a fishing line to catch tonight’s dinner!!
When you're ready to explore the island, just hop on board the free trolley that runs daily along the full length of the island and has a stop just 6/10th of a mile from your door.

They recently dredged the canal, so there will always be enough water to get through the canal at low tide. I believe the shallowest reading I've ever received on our depth finder was 2.5 feet, which proved plenty with the engines trimmed up on our 26' Mako. As for the bridges, you should be able to clear them at all tides so long as you don't have any sort of tall cabin structure (a T-top would not work, for example). The first bridge is 8ft from the average water lin. I'm not entirely sure what the clearance is, but I can tell you that our 26' Mako with the Bimini down can always clear the bridges, and with the bimini up can clear them during mid tide and low tide, but not at high tide. Our Bimini is probably 8' above the deck. I would suspect that any <34ft boat without a T-top should be able to clear the bridges and make it through the canal just fine (except maybe during some crazy moon tide).
