About this property

Southerrn Comfort is perfectly located to all the natural beauties that Berrara has to offer.
Spend your time enjoying the ocean, swimming or spending time with your children swimming in Berrara creek or whatever your choice, there is activity to enjoy if you love the great outdoors.

Explore the ocean front rock platforms for fossils, crabs bait fish, snorkeling, fishing, ect and at times migrating whales can be seen traveling up and down the coastline.

Meet the local kangaroos that come around everyday and get the opportunity to interact with them!

Take the opportunity to go down to the beach at night and star gaze you will even get the opportunity to see satellites traveling across the night sky.

sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms with Queen size bed in main bedroom and double bunk beds x2 in 2nd bedroom.

Please note bed sheets are provided, you will have to supply your own towels, pillows and blankets.

There is a sun room that leads out onto the deck area for outdoor entertainment with a BBQ and a outdoor picnic bench, sun room also has a bar fridge to keep your drinks icy cold!

In the event more adults attend then requested during original booking an extra fee of $65 per adult per night over 2 adults will be charged from bond!

Extra adults nominated during booking request will be an extra $30 per night.

STRICTLY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED

House must be left in condition it was entered in if not there will be an extra cleaning fee taken out of bond money!

This is not a party house, its purely for families to stay and enjoy the area house will only be rentent to families ONLY!

Please be advised that if there are any signs of either pets on the premises, bond will be forfeited, any signs smoking within house bond will also be forfeited .

If any fishing is to be done bait must be kept in bar freezer.

Stay at Berrara was wonderful

Property was well presented. Kids had lots of fun. Lots of kangaroos around. Beach is in walking distance. Bit of drive to the shops. Property manager Glen was in constant touch. Even did set up a Christmas tree for the the kids. Only downside is during the the days gets very hot in summer and no aircon provided, only fan is insufficient also, no towels, bedsheets, pillows or blankets provided.

The house is in good location. Very neat and tidy. The owner is very helpful and accommodating to us.

Great place to enjoy Berrara!

We stayed for the October long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Glen was very helpful and had everything organised for our arrival. The two bedrooms are great for accommodating kids or two more adults. The kitchen is clean and well equipped - easy for fixing breakfast or a proper meal. Plenty to seating area inside and outside the house to welcome friends. The backyard is an added bonus as well, a treat for the kids (and adults) with the local roos being regular visitors.
