Welcome to The Surf Way Cottage, located in the charming coastal town of Berrara. This delightful holiday rental offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or a group of friends seeking a beachside getaway.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are NOT available.
- No Garage access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

Inside:
The cottage features two inviting bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The open-plan design of the living space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a seamless flow between the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious loungeroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities.

Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area is conveniently located within the same open space, providing a comfortable setting for shared meals and memorable conversations.

A hallway branching off from the main living area leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom with laundry facilities. The bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful ambiance, allowing you to recharge and relax. The bathroom offers both convenience and comfort, equipped with essential amenities and a laundry area for added convenience during your stay.

Outside:
Moving past the kitchen, you'll discover a spacious backyard where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are provided, allowing you to indulge in alfresco dining or simply unwind with a book in hand. It's worth noting that there is no fence or gate separating the back and front yards, creating an open and airy environment.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Meds a few general improvements but is in a lovely area

Some things need attention, like new curtains and or blinds. Also the front concrete area outside the front fly screen is very slippery. My son slipped over

Fantastic location, good little house

The location is the real star with this house. Minutes walk to the beach and river. House is basically furnished but has all you should need for a simple beach getaway. We had a very pleasant stay all in all, and would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Perfect family short stay getaway

The property is a small but very neat & clean house which is perfect for a short stay. Very happy with my choice to stay here. Close to beaches, boating & town facilities. The only negative is that the venetian blinds were in a rather delapidated state. But everything else was perfect + a bonus of kangaroos visiting the backyard every morning. The children loved that.

Clean house in great location

Big backyard for the kids, great location. Kangaroos jumping through the yard big bonus. Everything you need (and a washing machine). Would prefer an earlier check-in time (4pm is a bit late). We loved it here, would love to stay again. Happy family, lovely memories.

Great cottage in excellent location

Cute little cottage with everything you need for a get away. Location is excellent in easy walking distance to beach and lagoon and the kangaroos jumping through the yard were a bonus. The cottage isn't fancy but was clean, spacious and comfortable. For two adults and three young kids it was perfect and definitely great value for money. We'll stay again.
