This condo was in a great location and was very spacious. We loved the ski in and ski out aspect, however, we were greatly disappointed in the cleanliness and how poorly maintained the unit was. The tubs didn’t drain properly and are stained brown, the microwave didn’t work, the internet didn’t work well (we just used cellular data because the internet wasn’t working), the coffee maker didn’t work properly, most of the unit was dusty and under the beds and couches were very dirty. There wasn’t any deal breaker things about the unit, but we were surprised how many things were dirty or broken. Overall, we’d stay there again because it was a great space for our big family and the location was so convenient for skiing but would hope the property management will take this feedback seriously and take better care of the unit.

Perfect for what we needed

This place had all the amenities one could need for a Brian Head ski trip, relaxing get away from the city, or in our case, a place for our family to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. It fit our party comfortably and the views were spectacular! The price point was also amazing considering how many people it could accommodate!!

What a beautiful space for the price point. Perfect for our group to play, be in nature, and enjoy food and games. We just needed a quick getaway and with the condo being well appointed we enjoyed the home away from home without breaking the budget.

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful cabin that is well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds are extremely hard, but I have found that to be typical in vacation rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was beautiful and clean. All amenities you would need to cook and prep your food. Stairs took a little to get use to, but did not bother us that much. My kids loved the scenery and took advantage of the ski in and ski out.

Amazing!

We had the best ski trip to Brian Head for Christmas and this condo was the best! We had everything we needed and it was so cozy to return to after a long day skiing. We loved the location and being able to ski in for lunch and back out for the afternoon. We will definitely be making this trip a yearly tradition.

Great place! Everything was as advertised. Skiing was a ton of fun too and we skied both greens and blues. This place is a good value for how nice it is. Just be prepared to climb stairs, which was fine for us. The Black Diamond trails weren’t open yet, leading to the foot of the condo, we were able to walk from the Wildflower lift too. Great place!

We took some of our kids friends and this property fit us all perfectly. Plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out and playing games. Great location to the lifts and tubing. Kitchen was stocked with every gadget you would need for any meal.

Great Fall Break

The condo was just as pictured in a beautiful location. The only complaint we had was the beds (all of them unfortunately) were very uncomfortable - we all woke up each morning with sore backs. We loved the board games and movies. There were four adults and six children and we all had plenty of room. Adults and kids both enjoyed this property.

The stay was fine but i find it ridiculous that i used an app to book a place to stay and the renter refused to speak on the app or use it to give me any information about my stay. Instead they send a bunch of emails from different people just to complicate things. I would never knowing rwnt from them again

Perfect for us

We were visiting the area for mountain biking finals for high school. Really glad we stayed here as we’d never visited Brian Head before and now want to definitely go back. Condo was very well appointed, clean, beds were comfortable. Great TV with movies and supplies every shower had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in them. My only ‘complaint’ is there’s 2 coffee pots, but no toaster. There’s a small toaster oven in a closet and the actual oven has a ‘toast’ function, but come on…no toaster? We like to cook an easy breakfast, especially in a place like this with no restaurants really close at hand, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Nice place, just needs a little more

Positives: nice location, view, ammenities, etc.We had fun.Negatives: The biggest thing is the dumb waiter needs to work for that building. I talked to 8 families in the same situation where they thought they had a dumb waiter but found it didn't work. It was a big part of everyone's complaint, but seems like a simple fix especially if the whole building pitches in.Also the queen mattress has a large imprint in it. It needs to be replaced. I sleep heavily but had problems sleeping at night due to this.It was a great place but a couple of things just made it feel overlooked. It could be 5 star with some simple changes.
