1. The townhouse is in a residential area and close-knit community, so no parties or gatherings are permitted in the property at all times during your stay. This applies to all residents, so ensures you will have a peaceful and quiet stay yourself.
2. Even though private and tucked away, the unit is located in a central city neighbourhood, so you will be surrounded by buildings and other residents. That’s not a downside, since the neighbours are generally a very considerate group of people, but you will be aware of their presence on occasion. Most people actually love it, since you will have a chance to meet locals and quickly strike up a conversation. Live like a local amongst locals and you will love your stay.
3. Living in a close-knit community requires some basic rules to make things easier. We ask that you abide by these rules and that you are a considerate neighbour. By all means live and enjoy yourself, just be mindful of noise and loud music both inside and out and you’ll have a fabulous time.

KITCHEN
Cook up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen. We've supplied a Nespresso machine and milk frother for coffee aficionados.
BEDROOMS
Every bedroom features a queen size bed, large wardrobes and drawer space. The downstairs bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a shower-over-bath. Premium quality linen and plush duvets make for a good nights sleep.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Regular cleaning. If you are staying for a few weeks, perhaps you would like to arrange regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning or a one-off additional clean. The cost is $320/visit for a clean and linen change, and $223/visit for a standard clean (no linen change). You can either arrange this in advance, or while you are staying.
Portacot (additional $6/day). We can provide Jolly Jumper Roma 2-in-1 portacots that have both bassinet and cot level. This model has passed safety tests and is recommended by Consumer NZ. We'll also provide cots sheets and blankets.

Excellent location and space for a group of friends
With five other friends, I was grateful to stay in a great place with easy access to downtown Auckland. While it was winter and rainy, walks to and from the Central Business District were filled with art and sights to take in.
Bus lines nearby made it easy to get around town and Ponsonby added to fantastic access to food and nightlife.
The three bedrooms are each spacious enough for two. In the winter months, if you’re staying in the lower bedroom, be sure to close the door or the room will get cold.
The team was prompt and assisted us with a variety of things during our month long stay. Thanks for being so great, y’all!
The only issue we faced was internet connectivity. The router appears to be older and did not reach all of the rooms with sufficient coverage. Also, streaming World Cup games via the TV paused/buffered regularly. Using a laptop and HDMI cable resolved the issue.
