Villa Argante is a two storey luxury villa. Greek Tourist Board E.O.T Accredited 0458K91000415201. The villa with a floor area of 147m2 stands in an attractive well maintained garden. Has a private infinity pool 9m x 5.5m (non-diving) also a BBQ area. The villa is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor) and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a large open plan living/dining area which opens out onto a covered terrace overlooking stunning sea and mountain views. A modern fully fitted well equipped kitchen. It is situated in the prestigious village of Lakithra where there are several tavernas, mini markets a bakery and also an impressive cake shop. The village has excellent local transport links to the capital Argostoli and only minutes away from the nearest beaches.

About Kefalonia: Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands, unspoilt, friendly, with a beautifully varied landscape. The beaches in the South of the island are generally sandy, & many are safe for swimming & provide excellent snorkelling. If you need a bit more from your holiday than relaxing by the pool or beach then there are many places worth visiting; villages such as Assos and the beautiful harbour of Fiscardo which especially in summer attracts many yachting enthusiasts. Also worth a visit is the beautiful church of Agios Gerasimos, the Drogarti caves and the Melissani Lake or a day trip to Ithaca. The dramatic Mount Ainos, 1628m, & its surrounding National Park provides excellent walking opportunities, particularly in the spring & Autumn, & is home to the islands native wild horses, eagles and osprey The famous Robola vineyards are found in the nearby Omala Valley.

About Kefalonia: With only 32,000 resident islanders during the winter time. Lefkas to the north and Zakynthos to the south the island is firmly on a tourist trail and is growing. Despite the annual influx of visitors, mainly English, the island is so big it is still possible to get away to places where you are unlikely to meet a soul for days. Vast tracts of forest cloak the rugged limestone landscape, Mt. Ainos is the highest point, 1628 m. Kefalonia has much to offer to the visitor: caves and lakes of unique beauty, long beaches, bays, gulfs, some of the best shores in Europe.

Lixouri is the capital of Palliki the penisular of Cephalonia opposite Argostoli and is connected by a local ferry. Sami and Poros are the main transport links to Kefalonia, Sami more recently famous for becoming the site for a rebuild of old Argostoli in the Kefalonia box office hit film 'Captain Corelli's Mandolin'.
