We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Perfect location, close to downtown and beaches. Very quiet neighborhood too. The wifi was reliable and fast, especially if you need to work remotely. The place also has a pool and grill that the guests can use. Neighbors are super friendly. The place has a full kitchen with all you need. Definitely will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property with the exception of dealing with the flu during our stay. The location was perfect and the pool deck was the perfect spot to recover with the warm sun exposure. The neighbors were also very welcoming. We would definitely book this property again.

Great location, great accommodations!

As advertised and more. My wife and I spent three weeks of our vacation here and totally enjoyed the condo and area. We usually stay on the beach, but this location is half way between the beach and the Los Olas restaurants/ shopping district. Easy walk to both areas. Quiet and safe and we felt very comfortable walking the area at night as well. Frantz and Cathy are very accommodating and extremely quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Very spacious for my husband and I. Comfy bed with crisp clean bedding. All the towels were bright white and fluffy. No bugs seen which is unheard of especially in Florida. The apartment is steps to the pool which overlooks the water where you can watch beautiful boats cruise by. Fantastic location to lots of shopping, casual and upscale restaurants. We loved walking around the neighborhood. The complex is surrounded by million dollar homes and huge yachts. So much nicer than we expected and can’t wait to return soon

Hidden Gem

We stayed one week while enjoying the FL sunshine and visiting family. The property couldn’t have been better- check in process was easy and we were allowed an early check in. Owner responded within 10 minutes to our two questions during the stay. This is a small older condo building that is well maintained ( brand new pool furniture and patio furniture) and secure. It’s also a big plus having an assigned parking spot and an on site coin laundry! The shower has been redone, and the bathroom and entire condo was very clean. We had everything we needed- including beach towels and chairs. We plan to visit again. Thanks, Frantz!,

Arrived the rental was not as described dedinelty not clean then found numerous dead cochroaches

Do you know it was not as described in the listing it was definitely not clean mold on the refrigerator cockroaches found dead all around the unit and the top all that off I wasn't comfortable not even a minute but then on the day before my departure I was contacted by the cleaning lady who told me that I would need to vacate by 9 a.m. so she could clean for a new renter

We stayed here for almost a month. It is a nice condo that is close to both the beach and downtown Las Olas. The property is well maintained and was very clean. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The property manager was very responsive and the other residents were friendly. The area was also very safe. The central A/C was pretty loud when it ran, and had difficulty keeping the bedroom area cool. Ceiling fans would help greatly. That was our only concern. We would definitely stay here again.

An Older Melrose Place

We enjoyed our stay in the little Caravelle community. Since it was built in the 1960s, some updates are needed (e.g., pool furniture, cabinets, couch), but the residents are a friendly bunch. Great location - a little over a mile to either downtown or the beach. Comfy king-sized bed. Small bathroom with a nice shower - loved the water pressure. The kitchen was also small but had everything you would need. The pool area overlooked a small, peaceful waterway/canal.

A great place at a great price!

We stayed for about 3.5 weeks. My wife vacationed while I worked remotely. The unit had excellent wifi and I was able to sit near the pool and catch a bit of sun during my meetings. The location was perfect: a short walk to either the restaurants and shopping, or the beach. The unit itself was quite nice with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bed was very comfortable!! The unit was well-provided for, with a good amount of towels, supplies, and, very importantly, a coffee machine with filters. The owner, Frantz, was super responsive and very helpful. If you have any issues during your stay, don't worry because he will be all over it helping you. Overall, this was a great choice. You would be hard pressed to find a better place for the price.

A great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale

The property was as described and expected, only 1 mile from the beach. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Would definetly consider renting again when in the area. One complaint though, the pool temperature could have been 3 or 4 degrees warmer.

Terrific Spot to Vacation From

This delightful little condo unit is an ideal place to set up a “base camp” from which to enjoy everything Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Cathy, the property mngr, and Frantz, the owner, are totally accommodating and gracious hosts! And the location is as good as it gets...essentially in the very heart of Ft. Lauderdale. In sum, this unit is exceptionally clean and well maintained with all the amenities needed and few “niceties” too; ideal location and equally ideal hosts. 5 stars!!!
