Our Deland home offers a master suite with spacious walking closet, two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and another one with a queen bed and a full bathroom in between. This home has 1,380 square feet of living space, Hardwood floors throughout the house and granite countertops in the kitchen. Its main living area open floor plan it’s perfect for family and friends gathering. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area perfect for holiday dinners. Go through the sliding door and relax on the screen covered pool area with outdoor seating. The home sleeps six people, and comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed and bath linens. TV on the spacious living room and another TV on the master bedroom. The home has antenna TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

Named the Best Main Street of 2017 beautiful downtown Deland is filled with unique shops and antique stores. Eat at local restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating. Home to Stetson University, Deland, Florida is located in western Volusia County and is about 40 miles from Orlando and its theme parks and about 25 miles from Daytona Beach. Our home is in the north side of town – five minutes to downtown Deland and 4 miles to an I4 ramp.

Very cozy and welcoming home. All the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the pool and pool toys. We stayed here while visiting Deland and Orlando.

Had a great time at our recent stay in Deland. The house was well equipped and super comfortable. The pool and patio area were fantastic for morning breakfasts and afternoon relaxing. Super close to downtown Deland in a good neighborhood.

A Time Away With Family

We truly enjoyed our stay and the cost was very reasonable in comparison to the other locations we looked at. The only suggestion we had was that there could be blinds or some sort of privacy shades at the sliding door that lead to the pool area. We would definitely stay again. Have a great rest of the year.

Very comfortable house with lots of room. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, couches, comfortable beds in a very nice neighborhood.. Only recommendation is a better way to access the house. Landlord's key holder is difficult to open and close.

We have a son that will be going to school in Deland and we wanted to take some time and get to know the area. We visited the local springs as well as the college area. The house was very clean and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The owner was replied to any questions timely. I will definitely return.

All clean and comfortable, didn’t like the security deposit amount but there was no hassle getting it back, apparently it is not the owners fault but is required by VRBO. Almost cancelled because of it but glad I didn’t.

Deland Delight

This centrally located property was perfect for our family. We were in town to celebrate a college graduation, and the property was within driving distance of New Smyrna Beach, Epcot, Blue Springs State Park, and Top Golf. The house is roomy, decorated nicely, and well-appointed. The owners were so easy to work with, and graciously made several changes to the booking along the way. Bonus: The property next door is owned by the same party, which made for a great surprise when we learned that our other family members were right next door. So easy and convenient! We will be back!
