Superb 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Beachfront Condo in Tower Isle, near Ocho Rios

YOU WILL LOVE this delightful, completely renovated two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront apartment with contemporary decor, balcony dining, sea views, high-speed Wifi and HD TVs with US cable channels, Netflix and Prime.

Cook/housekeeper Carleen's services are available for an additional US$35 or J$5,000 per day. She will cllean and prepare up to 2 meals per day. (Tipping is appreciated).

We follow enhanced COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Here are a few highlights:

Housekeeper Carleen sanitizes high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknobs.

She uses cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wears protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.

She cleans each room using extensive cleaning checklists.

We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.

We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

Situated in a peaceful, safe, secured compound with large lawns, pool and private beach cove.

Overall, our stay was great. The property was exactly as shown online. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It would have been helpful to have basic supplies on hand when guests first arrive, such as dishwashing detergent, more than 1 paper towel, a few bottles of drinking water, and basic seasonings (salt, pepper, all-purpose seasoning). Another suggestion is to have printed directions for guests on how to operate the TV. I know that sounds simple, but it was not as straightforward as it should have been.

Peaceful atmosphere

Property had a very peaceful atmosphere-close enough to the sites and activities. Groundsman and staff were pleasant, hosts checked in on us to ensure things were going smoothly. We also had the opportunity for Carleen to make us breakfast, that was helpful.Highly recommend, would stay again

Great spot

It rained the whole 3 days so can’t offer a full review but for somewhere to be stuck in the rain it was a lovely space and having a big covered deck was nice to hang outside and not get wet. I presume the same would be true of helping to stay out of the sun.

Make you dont want to leave.

If we could take the housekeeper with us we would. I felt i was visiting my family the way she made us feel welcome. Was lucky to have her cook for us 2 of the days we were there and it was quite a Jamaican meal. Apartment impeccably clean. No worries about safety as no one gets past security. I will definitely stay here again..just for the housekeeper warmth.

This condo/apartment was very accurate from online listing but more beautiful in person! So beautiful, my family enjoyed they stay and felt so comfortable with the location. It is close to everything! I wouldn't hesitate to book here again when coming back to visit family! Such a great experience really enjoy sitting out on the patio or just in general being outside near the pool, ocean. And beach cove. Really going to miss it, but looking foward for our return. Thank you!

Home away from home

Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. The owners are nice, helpful & very good with communicating with us. They also sent things to do in the area, places to eat, as well as suggestions for excursions. Carleen is an absolute gem. Her cooking is amazing!!! She was just like family to us. The location of the property & unit great too. Perfect ocean view, not too far from town & walking distance of convenient store & bars. We'd definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful Week at Sea Palms E4

We honestly looked at hundreds of apartments before finding Sea Palms E4. It had everything we wanted - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in every room (we actually didn't even need it that week; we just used the ceiling fans), security, and close to the ocean with a sea view. It was clean and spacious, with 3 TVs and wifi. Carleen, the housekeeper/cook, was delightful and took good care of us. The owner, Oriente, was very helpful. The grounds are well maintained. We definitely recommend Sea Palms E4 for a wonderful vacation in the Ocho Rios area.

1 week not long enough

Our cook was awesome and so friendly our place was always neat and tiddy when we came back and her cooking was a 10/10. Although it is not updated i would definitely come back it was so peaceful and quiet and I felt very safe. The only issues was the tree that was blocking our view of the ocean from the patio and the air conditioner in the master bedroom did not get cold enough. Overall 8/10.

Total relaxation

A great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a great ocean view. The condo was clean and staged well with furniture and TVs. Air conditioning worked great for a great night sleep on the extremely comfortable beds. The condo complex has a 24 hour security making the place safe and private. The surrounding grounds well maintained with a nice private beach. Carleen, our Jamaican assistant, meticulously cleaned the condo during our stay, cooked us phenomenal Jamaican meals and had great conversations about Jamaica. Carleen felt as part of the family. Can't wait to go back.

Second part of Jamaican vacation near Ocho Rios

We had a great time at the place. Oriente and Paul were very responsive on their replies. We had Carleen come in for a day and she was so helpful. She made chicken curry and rice and peas which was delicious. The apartment and complex was older but overall clean. The cove was lovely lot of places dont have beach access. The first day we did have an issue with the ac unit in the main area but Carleen was present when it happened and helped set up to get it fixed the same day!!!!

Very beautiful place to stay. Housekeeper is a very good cook. . Recommends going to local grocery store to purchase your own groceries. After speaking with the Local's you can get a cab ride anywhere just be sure to use red tagged vehicles. Usually for $2.00 per person, Yes $2.00. Our first day we paid $50.00 just to go to Ochos for dinner. (Private cab driver and speedy Gonzales). Most cab drivers are willing to go into the stores with you if you feel uncomfortable going alone. We paid $110 for a cab ride to Sea Palms from Montego Bay. We paid $60 for a ride back to the airport. In other words shop around.

A Home from Home plus+

A home away from home experience plus all the class it has to offer in the way of beautiful surroundings picturesque views and all the amenities within the property that are a must when home from home. This is all complimented with the interaction of absolutely fantastic staff to hand whether it’s for help with cooking & cleaning if required, maintenance or assistance from the main office & security. The description is accurate as experienced! 🙂If you’re able to get around yourself you can get to the shops and the local areas with ease enabling you to enjoying all the restaurants, local shops or supermarkets at Ocho Rios and if you're not able to get around main office/security will be at hand to help direct you, transportation is available by taxi or custom charter at your own cost. The owner is amazing to deal with and is super responsive, makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of, we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Many thanks for everything.

Comfortable stay, nice property, friendly community

We had an excellent and enjoyable stay. Oriente and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we needed to contact them. Carleen was /is a gem. We wished we could have benefitted from her cooking but our activities had us out of the home more than we planned for. We enjoyed preparing a few of our meals in the kitchen and sitting on the balcony. The private beach area is small but just what is needed if you want to stay on the property and enjoy the sea. The fellows at the security gate are friendly and helpful as well(we waved/greeted when entering & exiting for the day). Just a minor "wish we knew ahead of time" thing: due to the excellent water pressure in the shower (a good thing) and the design of the shower floor, be prepared for the water to seep onto the rest of the bathroom floor-try to stay behind the glass as much as possible when showering. Some of the decor is starting to show a bit of age & use but nothing that a little refresh couldn't handle. The condo is just as light and airy as the pictures show, if not more so. All in all, we completely enjoyed our stay at Sea Palms and we would do it again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication with the host was excellent. The complex is gated so we felt very safe, and it was peaceful and quiet. So much nicer than a resort. There is a small cove which for swimming in the ocean. Not much beach, but plenty of area to sun bathe in on the vast lawns or around the poole This is an older complex, so if you're looking for new and fancy this isn't your place. But the unit is very comfortable with newer furniture and a great layout. Some of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans need replacing, but they are still usable. There were many small appliances which were really nice to have. The housekeeper, Carleen, is a true gem. We didn't have a car and the security guard connected us with a wonderful driver who went above and beyond just safely driving us around. He taught us about navigating the local culture, and watched out for us in every way. So if you need a driver, contact Patrick via Whatsapp, 876-346-9849. The local area is limited with services, but there are some restaurants to try. Just west of the complex is the Rocks. It was closed for the holidays so we didn't get to try it, but some other guests highly recommended it. We ended up walking 1 mile to Delly's Pizza, and loved it. They have Jamaican food and NY style pizza. There isn't a decent grocery store nearby, so you'll want to get groceries in Ochi. This unit is a great value, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing and Simplistic stay

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary somewhere we had never been. From the time that I found this listing until the last day we were there, everything has been amazing. Oriente’s communication was over the top and we just can’t brag on Carleen enough. Thank you for a much needed week away from reality.

The apartment has a clean, contemporary, comfortable look and feel, air-conditioned, with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. It is in a safe and secured compound, and the services of our housekeeper/cook Carleen are included, and she will do as much or as little as you require. My husband and I are always reachable by phone or text in case there's anything you need. It's a great place to relax and we welcome children of all ages. I think you'll be very happy if you visit.
