Host unresponsive

I never received checkin information and the host was unresponsive to all communication. They apparently provided a fake phone number. I arrived at 03:30 and needed to find a place to stay with no internet connection and no telephone. VRBO is making getting a refund very difficult. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
