The first floor condo has everything you need for your shorts trip getaway or staying like a home . Kind size extra pillows top mattress top .Queen size sofa bed for your guests to stay . Kitchen with Granite countertop , pull out cabinets make you feel like your home .A lot of sunlight feels so warm and relax . Internet , cable tv, dvd , book and games for your entertainment or just few steps away club house has nice size pool, hottub, exercise room and sauna room for you to enjoy. Even you want to try catch your own that canal just next to club house. 5 minutes walk to White Cap beach or 2 minutes drive to white Cap beach parking lot. 5 minutes to all food and shop. 7 BBQ are waiting for you to enjoy !

When use sofa bed , remove the sheets, regular bed , just undone any .
Check out is before 11 am , late fee will apply for over 11 am, $25 dollars for extra 30 minutes fee .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to stay!

May goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Her place is cleaned and has extra items available you would not typically have at a rental. This is our 3rd time staying at her place and we will definitely stay at her place again.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

The community in which this rental resides, The Beach Club, is very clean and well kept. The rental was as well! The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. Very close to nice beaches as well!

Great couples retreat

Although all aspects of the property were great we especially appreciated the very convenient location. This well appointed space would be a good choice if you seek cleanliness and quiet. Top quality all the way.

This studio condo was perfect for my husband, baby, and I. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The property faces the main street, but we were not bothered by noise. I would book this condo again.

Good place to stay in North Padre

Nice 1 bedroom efficiency. Close to the beach and Padre Island National Seashore. Only one change needed: A new firm mattress to replace the old one. It was too soft and spongy and that gave me some back pain. Other than that, would stay there again.

Clean and convenient

The studio was just the right size for us. It was clean and convenient. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. Close access to the beach and reserved parking were nice features. It’s also just a couple of minutes to the nearby Island Market for groceries. Corpus Christi is a short drive for all the BBQ and eats for which Texas is famous. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay.

Padre Island Surprise

The little condo we stayed at was perfect for two. Big towels, cold air, and great location just a quarter-mile from the beach. She had all the utensils you would need to fix every meal and save on eating out. We were there for the July 4th weekend and had fireworks galore. Patio/porch faces towards a club with live entertainment at night. Sat on the porch with good wine and listened in. Try it, you'll like it.

This is my favorite place! I love the beach, fishing, also love the fresh shrimp boat to cook the shrimp. Best seafood meal ever. Love it.
