Villa Bellissima invites you to relax and take a break from the everyday life. This beautiful contemporary vacation home, built in 2018, offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 guests! From the large living room to the stylish white kitchen, the house impresses with its clean modern style. The spacious, light-infused master bedroom overlooks the canal and makes waking up a pleasure. The attached main bathroom is very generously designed. It offers a modern bathtub, double sinks and a walk-in shower with a glass door. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the pool area, has its own bathroom with bathtub and an exit to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom as well.

The beautiful pool area faces south and invites you to sunbathe or linger by the water. Due to the perfect orientation, you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. The gas grill makes a perfect barbecue possible in a cozy atmosphere. Quiet moments can be experienced down by the canal under the Tiki Hut. Here you can observe fish, turtles, sea otters and various birds.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Villa Bellissima ist ein bildschones modernes Ferienhaus, das 2018 erbaut wurde. Mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badern ladt das Haus zum Entspannen fernab vom Alltag ein. Bitte beachten: Die maximale Belegung sind 4 Gaste! Vom groBzugigen Wohnzimmer bis zur stilvollen weiBen Kuche beeindruckt das Haus mit seinem klaren modernen Stil. Das geraumige lichtdurchflutete Hauptschlafzimmer, gewahrt Blick auf den Kanal und macht das Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das angeschlossene Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig gestaltet. Es bietet eine moderne Badewanne, Doppelwaschbecken und eine begehbare Dusche mit Glastur. Das zweite Schlafzimmer uberblickt den Poolbereich, hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen Ausgang zum Pool. Auch das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.

Der wunderschone Poolbereich hat Sudlage und ladt zum Sonnenbaden oder Verweilen am Wasser ein. Durch die perfekte Ausrichtung kann man sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Der Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Barbecue in gemutlicher Atmosphare moglich.Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Kanal unter der Tiki Hut. Hier kann man Fische, Schildkroten, Seeotter und verschiedene Vogel beobachten.

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fur zwei Gaste. Die $300 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch wahrend Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert. GemaB einer stadtischen Verordnung liegt die Mindestmietdauer fur Ferienhauser in Cape Coral bei 7 Nachten.
