Downstairs has living area (with a pull out sleeper couch) eat in kitchen, dining area and half bath off the living area. Master bed and bath is located upstairs with a king bed. Guest bedroom located upstairs with full-size bunk on the bottom and a single bunk on top. 2nd bath is located right across the hall. Outdoor area features a bar area with a flat screen TV and fire pit.
