Loft apartment with kitchen in Bastille area. (3 minutes walk to Bastille and 5 to Le Marais)
Sleeps for 2 adults and a kid or teenage.
40 euros extra charge for the 3rd person.
My flat is comfortable enough for 2 adults. For 3 adults you'll be suffering a lack of privacy. Consequently, I refuse 3 adults request.
There's as well 40 euros for cleaning lady per week.

50 meters square with view on an inner courtyard with flowers and plants from flower shop located inside the building. Located rue de Charonne, Bastille area.
Métro Ledru-Rollin or Bastille.
High ceilings and double glazed windows. ON 4th floor without elevator.
Very Clear and quiet loft with air conditionning.

Bathroom with bathtub, clothes washing machine. Kitchen Fully equiped, fridge, gas oven.1 double bed on mezzanine + 1 single bed on main level.
Sheets and bath towels furnished. Basic COOKING UTENSILS included and little things like spices, oil, vinegar.
TV, internet, quality stereo and video system. Free téléphone for Paris and all French numbers except mobile phones. Very open and quiet, 5 minutes walking from Marché d’Aligre, one of the biggest and most typical open air food markets of Paris 3 minutes walking to cinemas and Bastille's Opera.
Numerous shops and very pleasant restaurants just down the street.
Very close to rue de Lappe, Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Aligre market, Marais area (ten minutes walking slow), one of oldest neighborhoods in Paris.
Close to many parks and squares,(15 minutes walking from museum of Natural History.) 10 minutes walking to Gare de Lyon, and buses to Roissy and CHARLES DE GAULLE/Orly airports.Métro line 1, (10 minutes to the Louvre Museum and 15 to Orsay's Museum), and lines 5, 8, AND 9.Bus 46, 61, 76, et 86 going to Saint Germain des Prés and its surroundings
