Adequate but Underwhelming

There were a few issues with getting the pet fee added which resulted in my first reservation being dropped. After I contacted them, it was an easy process to get it rebooked. Check-in was simple, but the house needs a deep cleaning and fresh coast of paint. The beds were not the most comfortable and it is not in the best part of town. The noise level was excellent for Atlanta and it was a short drive to most places. Overall, okay but not best.

Worst Vacation Rental i have experienced

This owner catfishes with this property. This house does not sleep 8 it only sleeps 5 and there are only 2 true bedrooms not 3. Even on this owners maincite evolve vacation rentals they have stated that this house only sleeps 5. The house has bugs me and my guest killed a total of 4 roaches and one spider over a 2 day span. On top of that the refrigerator went out and spoiled some of my food. I had to use coolers and ice the entire trip to preserve the rest of my food. When I informed the owner they told me I had to be there when they sent someone out which made me cancel my plans because I was giving a 3 hour window for the repairman to show up and he took everybit of those 3 hours just to say that the parts store was close and that he still couldn't fix it. I want a refund or partial back this was terrible

The stay was horrible

The place was never cleaned prior to us checking in it had trash under the cushion of the couch, dead bugs & spider webs in the living room,false eyelashes stuck to the inside of the lamp shade in the bedroom, the tv didn’t work in the master bedroom also the freezer had old stained up juice in the ice cube tray and hair in the refrigerator.We couldn’t even sit on the porch because there was no lightning. The pipe busted on the sink I immediately contacted the owner & she told me that I would be responsible for the damages that obviously happened from wear & tear. I also sent pictures to the owner on how the house wasn’t cleaned & would like some kind of refund & she responded that it was cleaned by the covid regulations meaning “she only wiped off surfaces that it wasn’t her responsibility to clean under cushions & beds etc.. “
