Outdoor area was very worn - broken chairs, faded and threadbare cushions, wicker chairs that are failing. It was understood that we would not have a pool, but we specifically reserved the home to have use of a hottub.The day before we were to arrive, I was notified the spa was damaged and wouldn't be usable for our stay. We were offered a 10% refund or given the option to cancel (which we wouldn't be able to do on such short notice with airfare, etc).

The house was very nice but we did have some issues. The pool never heated up, the back yard was dirty, tub had bugs in it. Etc

The property was as pictured however the pictures were taken to show a more spacious home. That was not the issue. The check in process was great and the owner attentive. We received a message a few days before check in saying the had the carpets cleaned and we needed to take our shoes off inside. Okay we can handle that. Upon check in we started noticing broken furniture. Messaged the owner who said it must of happened during cleaning and he would be coming down to look when we left. Some of our family was unable to unpack and lived out of a suitcase the entire week. Misters by the pool did not work. 2 of them did spray but barely, no pool lights that we could find limiting swim time. We were also informed that we needed to leave the pool cleaner in the pool the entire week or the pump would not work. ( this was fun with a toddler) Down stairs shower was also broken. When I contacted the owner. He said “it is a bit tricky” it is not tricky. It is broken and unable to be used. For the price, I expected better upkeep. I hope the owner considers upgrades and repairs before renting the home again.

Could have been better

We arrived in the evening and the kids were excited to get in the pool because we paid to have it heated through our whole stay but it was cold and and the hot tub was cold also. The next day we had the same problem with the heating of the pool and hot tube. I also found a sun screen can in the pool the night before. Through out our stay I found the place to be dirty and the cabinets were very unorganized. I couldn’t stand it and had clean it up a bit. It was a trip from my birthday and I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t cleaned. I mean we paid a crazy amount for cleaning fees and I expected more. I found trash in some of the decorations and a lot of dust. The house looks like the pictures but we couldn’t use the dressers in some of the rooms since they were broken and when we sat down to have dinner one of the chairs were broken, so we had to use the table in the kitchen area. The neighborhood was pretty quiet but one of the neighbors had dogs that would bark when ever we made any noise. We tried to make the best of our trip but we were unhappy with the fact that we couldn’t t really enjoy the pool or hot tub like we had planned. The manager of the place was very nice and tried to get it fixed. I did get in contact with the company and they gave a a refund for the heating. That didn’t make up for not having what we wanted but it’s better then nothing. Be careful when renting this place for your next trip.

Awesome 30 day stay at this nicely furnished large property. We’ll stocked with all the essentials for kitchen bath and pool areas. Owner was very prompt in answering our questions. We missed the hot tub last week of our stay as pump had gone out. Out of owners control. Plan to stay even longer next winter/spring.

Awesome Property

The location, size and layout of this home are great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The downside is the home needs work, a thorough cleaning, better cookware and outside furnishings. The owner has said he will look after these items. Hopefully he will because this house has great potential. Guessing if he does the price will increase accordingly :-/

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, roomy house in Goodyear. The location was perfect for us - bonus in that it's a short walk to a great park and nature trail along a wash. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Fit our needs exactly.

Great House in a Great Location

This is a beautiful, spacious house in an awesome location. Very clean with a nice yard, pool and spa. The lake is a block away and a great place to walk, bike, run, play with the kids or bbq. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star overall is the shower in the upstairs master bathroom needs replaced as do the old shower curtain liners in the other bathrooms. Overall a great location and a great house.

1st of all time to check in was changed at last minute until 4 p m. Then the door would not open & owner had to be called. The door was difficult to lock so plan on taking 15 minutes to get it to work or not work at all. There are ants. The home is not child safe as there are several mirrors not mounted. The shower door is broken & if you run dishwasher, there is not hot water to take shower. The AC does not cool the house. Upstairs bathroom is very hot. Would not recommend this old place & especially when warm. Most places have garage access. We weren't told until day before that no access yo ga TSA

We stayed at this home for 3 days.. it had everything we needed and it felt very comfortable. We did struggle entering and leaving the home as the keypad lock did not work. Evolve sent us an email saying the code was one thing when in fact it was another code. We used the code evolve sent us and I have no idea how we got in. It took us 30mins each time to enter and leave the home. On the second night we arrived at the home at 12am after attending a wedding and were stuck outside for 45mins with the kids. I was so frustrated that I called the owner a few times until he answered. It was then we found out the code we got was wrong to begin with. Another thing I didnt like was the pool lights didnt turn on and therefore couldn't use the pool after 7pm, texted the owner and never got a response. Also the house had a burnt smell to it. Other then those few things it was a pleasant stay. It's well equipped with everything you'll need. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
