Our sun-soaked apartment is located on the 28th floor of the tallest residential-only building in all of the Baltic States with breath-taking views of the sea and the city. It is minutes walking away from the ferry to the Curonian Spit - Neringa, shopping center Akropolis and the Svyturys Arena. The guests have an access to the rooftop terrace on top of the 34th floor, with splendid views of the whole city, the sunbeds are also there for your convenience. We want your stay at our place to be the best. Never hesitate to call, communicate with us for any tips, suggestions, directions etc...
