About this property

Villa Nikol**** pool, sea view and BBQ.

New modern villa with 4 comfortable rooms and 4 bathrooms. 15 min drive from Split downtown and Trogir with lots of beaches around. On ground floor there is open space living room and dinning room with kitchen. Also on ground floor there is one bedroom and bathroom. On first floor there are three rooms with bathrooms, two southern rooms have sea view. House has private parking. Closest supermarket is 1 minute drive, beach is 3 minute drive. From season 2020y we are offering a swimming pool to our guests, expected to be completed february 2020.
