North Shore- Family and Business Retreat

Enjoy the comforts of home in this lovely 4 bed, 2 bath home, located in cul-de-sac with little to no traffic. Centrally located. Easy access to I-15, shopping, restaurants, theaters, silicone slopes & Front Runner. Two car garage with EV charger, RV parking pad, driveway parking and fully fenced back yard.

Guest Access:

Master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a reading area, walk in closet & master bathroom.

We will be available to answer questions, and address any problems you may have. We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests and you also have access to your Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.

Due to the tranquil nature of our rooms and new furnishings, please NO eating the rooms. Water and clear beverages are acceptable.

High chair and portable crib are available upon request.

That was the only thing we had a problem with air conditioner didn't work for two days until they got maintenance come and look at it besides that everything was ok.

It was explained 3 times in writing and also in a personal visit that if you want to quickly cool down a house, the worst thing you can do is set the thermostat to 61 degrees. This just causes the system to overwork and ice up. After 4 times explaining this, when we went in after check out, the thermostat was set at 61 degrees.

Furniture was comfortable and clean.Rooms were very clean with plenty of extra blankets.Heat and air conditioning system worked very well.All kitchen appliances were nice, clean, and worked perfectly. Kitchen had everything a family would need to cook meals. Dishwasher was very quiet. Having grown up in Lehi, I have seen it grow from a small pioneer founded farming community to a vibrant city that is home to many of the worlds leading high tech companies and world class attractions such as Thanksgiving Point.
With an amazing array of shopping, restaurant and entertainment choices, Lehi still has that pioneer heritage charm.
While I'm still a farm kid at heart, I love sharing all that Utah has to offer with travelers. and hope we can be a part of making your trip to Utah as great as it can be!
