The kitchen starter kit includes 2 coffees, cream, sugar, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, 1 laundry detergent, and hand soaps.

Free internet and phone services are provided (username and passwords are located in the unit near the television). Smart TV and DVD player located in the living room. Flat-screen TV's in each bedroom.

Great Getaway

Condo is clean and well maintained.everything needed was provided. The only down side was the swimming pools were a bit dirty and very warm . But we had an amazing and relaxing time. We will be back again soon

Coachella stay

We stayed here while attending Coachella and it was perfect. Great location (down the street from shuttle stop), nice big rooms, clean, good communication with host and property manager. We were very happy with our experience, would stay here again.

Poor communication from host, cockroaches and some items in disrepair!

This was a nice unit on the first floor with no unit above us and the location is excellent. We have had positive experiences previously with VRBO. We wanted to ask about access to the unit and another question just before we arrived but the host ignored two emails and two messages on her phone. We had to phone VRBO to intervene on our behalf and only then did she write to us. Then when we arrived there were some things in disrepair such as a drawer in the bathroom that wouldn't close, a faucet in the kitchen that was cracked and a slat in the shutters that was falling off. It appeared as though the unit wasn't inspected before we arrived. They were repaired after we reported it. We found cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. This was very disturbing for us and we asked the property manager to move us and she obliged very quickly afterwards.

Difficult Communication / Some Suprises Left For Us

We decided to stay here for Stagecoach and booked the VRBO a year in advance. A few days leading up to our check in, I tried messaging the owner through the app with some questions and had no response, tried again a few more times in the span of 3 days, up until my group and I were heading to the property. I ended up reaching out to customer support and getting the number of the owner listed. She was very responsive via text. She didn’t really answer my questions I sent her though, she told me all the information was in the check in email I recieved, which I had not recieved, and was not aware of. It took a couple hours to finally get the email, and in that time I also tried calling the property manager where I tried 6 different numbers, and was transferred numerous times. The code given for the gate didn’t work and we had to try calling more people again, to get in. The house at first looked very clean, but none of the fitted sheets actually fit the mattresses, there wasn’t enough extra blankets for the pull out couches. A cleaning lady came into the property without knocking and was suprised when “we weren’t checked out yet” even though it was our first day there, and we stayed from Thursday- Monday. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for 6 people (which is fine, we survived but it was a little inconvenient especially because there’s an $85 charge if you need any help after office hours on weekdays and 24hrs on weekends). The wifi didn’t work and on the rare occurrence it did work, it would go in and out every few minutes. We stayed 4 nights, and while getting everything ready for check out, i noticed the insane stains on the pillows (under the cases), the stains on the mattress cover, and I found a pair of someone else’s underwear in our bed. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not, it was extremely stressful when we just wanted a fun weekend away.
