It really was a fabulous location to do a biking adventure. Very conveniently located to the trails. My dog was very comfortable during the day while I was out riding and I’m grateful that this owner allows pets.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful feedback. We do appreciate it and so happy that you enjoyed your stay
We liked the location being close to a variety of our chosen activities. Beds were quite comfortable and the heating/cooling system worked well with the range of temperatures we had during the time we were there. Also, really appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts.
Cute home with all the amenities. Extremely comfortable, private, and spacious. Love the layout of the home and carport. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
The host was very welcoming and helpful. This was a very easy, nice home to stay in which felt warm and friendly with a nice porch to sit outside which was fenced so we could let our dog out there of a morning when it was cool and sunny. It felt very homey and was close to where our Tucson friends live. Very convenient.
Nice cozy little place. It was very dog friendly and the pups had a great time. The only downside is several of the neighbors have roosters that wake up pretty early. Other than that, we would recommend and would stay there again.
I had another wonderful stay at this property in Tucson! The home is just as comfortable and well-maintained as I remembered from my previous visits. Its convenient location, close to the University of Arizona, makes it perfect for exploring the area. Robin, the host, always communicates in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Thank You Andrew for your kind words. As always, it was a pleasure to host you and your family and we absolutely recommend to any host.
It's a little older and a bit more worn than some other places but it's cozy and welcoming and obviously loved. Well-equipped little bungalow in a convenient location with all the amenities you would need. Robin and Bob are wonderful hosts. Always quick to respond and take care of business.
I stayed nearly two months while I was working in Tucson and would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. The house is clean and comfortable with everything needed for my stay. Most of all, Robin and Bob couldn't have been more responsive and helpful to every little question I had. Thanks to them for making my stay delightful.

Thanks Gayle. We hope you come stay again if you are in town
The location is great for us, near much of what makes Tucson fun to visit: hiking trails, the Rillito River Park, the Botanical gardens, the U of A, shopping and super restaurants. The house is cute, very comfortable (AC, heat, furniture, appointments) and more well equipped with kitchen amenities than most. Despite the food nearby we cook a lot at home, so important to us. It's a quiet neighborhood but has easy access to major streets. Robin, the host, responds quickly and was both helpful and pleasant to work with. Also the associated fees are completely (and uncharacteristically!) reasonable - all in all a terrific stay and we will certainly return!

Convenient Location
Owners are very responsive. I gave the listing accuracy a 3 rating, because at the time we booked, the property description said there was an enclosed backyard shared with another unit. After we arrived we learned that the listing was changed and that only the other unit had access to the enclosed space. The owners added chairs to the front patio for us to use, but it is not enclosed or shaded.
This property was perfect for me for a longer (2+ week) stay in Tucson. The house is charming and cozy. Apparently there are a handful of regular longer-term guests, so there’s a fun assortment of books, games, and cooking supplies available to use. The bathroom was bright and spacious and the bedrooms comfy. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the spot for you as you share some walls with the renters in the back. This wasn’t an issue for me at all - I could hear others but they were all respectful of quiet hours. Communication with Robin was great - I reached out ahead of time as I was looking for a place that accommodated cats. After a few additional questions she approved. She checked in on me during my stay. Finally, as someone who loves to get a daily walk in, being right next to the main walking/biking path in Tucson was a major plus! I’d definitely stay here again.
The rental was overall comfortable. We were there for a few days, could have used extra towels/ washcloths. Dishes and silverware/utensils needed to be washed/rinsed. A dish washer would have been great. We ended up buying paper plates and plastic ware just to save time with clean up. Add Clorox wipes and glass cleaner to bathroom for peeps who may occupy for more than a couple days. I would suggest the owners check in from time to time, to make sure it is up to their standards. I may be extra picky, just want to be comfy!!!
This place was super cute and I felt safe in the neighborhood. There was a coffeeshop, bike shop, and family friendly beer bar within walking distance. I booked this site based on its proximity to Tucson's bike trail.
I was not expecting the studio unit on the property, or for it to be connected via a doorway that didn't feel sealed off securely. While there were very bright motion sensor lights in the carport, the porch and patio lights were outside our control, we had to turn a bulb to have lights greeting us on our return at night, and we never figured out the patio lamp.
The blankets I piled on the bed for warmth felt a bit grungy.
It felt like the hosts were hiding in the garage, as many personal items were left in the kitchen, and the drawers and utensils felt grungy and the library was aggressively faith oriented. We only intended to stay a week, and I had expected soap and such to be provided. It felt like we were rationing supplies.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental home in Tucson, and for the most part, it exceeded all our expectations.
Firstly, the location of the home was excellent. It was conveniently situated near attractions and amenities in Tucson, making it easy for us to explore the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, providing a peaceful environment for our getaway.
The layout of the home made it seem spacious and well-suited for our family, with comfortable bedrooms and ample living space. Although we never used it, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The small outdoor patio, was a highlight, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather at nighttime while we enjoyed drinks by the firepit.
However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment. While it was generally tidy, there were some areas that could have been cleaner, such as the floors and and perhaps some refreshed bedding.
Last but not least, I must commend the owners for their exceptional service throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless and stress-free.
In conclusion, our stay at this rental home in Tucson was nothing short of perfect. It provided the ideal setting for quality family time and unforgettable memories. We can't wait to return and create more cherish

Our dogs were welcomed, o ly requested that if on furniture to cover so fur wasnt on it. We brought one and used it! Patio was safely enclosed, comfortable and relaxing. Information book for pet friendly trails helpful as well. Very clean place, Robin was responsive to our call and helpful. Provided excellent precheck in info and check out.
The property was welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet. I love sitting at the dinner table and seeing the mountains. I feel rested when we leave. This is the second time we stayed here.

River Walk nearby was wonderful.
The neighborhood was OK, but not great. Liked being close to the river walk. The house had an unpleasant odor. Definitely could use a thorough cleaning.

About the host
Hosted by Bob Roberts and Robin Lamont
Robin and Bob are an active couple who love hiking, biking, traveling and their pup. Excited to add their first rental property to their adventures.
Why they chose this property
This house was where Bob grew up and we worked side by side to completely renovate it with new upgrades to plumbing, electrical, AC, roof, and much more. Using the homes natural charm.
What makes this property unique
A few of the rustic furnishings were lovingly donated by a dear friend that lost his battle to illness. He was excited to watch the progress of our adventure and would have been delighted to see that we honored his memory to help stage our home.
