This upper Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista home is unlike any other in the area! Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms plus a large bonus room with pool table! The entry level hosts 3 of the bedrooms and 2.75 of the bathrooms. Bedroom number one is the primary suite, which is over-sized and very comfortable. This bedroom has a king bed and also has a flat-screen TV with Firestick and an exit to the bonus room. The en suite bathroom is partitioned into three areas: a dedicated shower and changing room, vanity area and separate toilet. The second bedroom is oversized as well and has a bunk bed with two twins, queen sleigh bed, a flat-screen TV with Firestick, new sleeper sofa and new flooring in the en suite 3/4 bath with shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV with Firestick for Streaming, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a slider door that exits to the bonus room.
The 2nd floor of the home has an open floor plan with hardwood flooring. The living room is bright and sunny and has a south facing deck attached to it. The living room also has a plush L-shaped couch, wood-burning fireplace with gas start and flat screen SMART TV with Surround Sound. Off of the living room, there’s a wet bar area, the 4th bedroom with Queen bed and Streaming TV, and a 4th full bathroom.
The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a double oven, built-in gas range, new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and tile countertops. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and has table seating for six plus three more at the kitchen bar. If you head through the dining room and out the back stairs, you’ll come to the bonus room! Large, 2 room area has a full-size pool table, electronic dart board, basketball hoop and other games for you to enjoy! This room also has a mounted TV and bistro table. Pinball machine is presently NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.
Home also features a two car garage. Some extra parking spaces are also available in the driveway though it’s a bit steep for icy days. Home is nearest to Northstar California with less than 6 miles between you and the slopes! Also just 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach’s restaurants, shops and groceries.
