This wonderful home is perfect for your Lake Tahoe vacation or weekend getaway. One minute from many beaches in Kings Beach, and 8 minutes to the slopes of Northstar Ski Resort. Peaceful back deck with BBQ looks out to the Tahoe National Forest where you can walk, snow shoe, or bike many miles of trails right from the back yard. Another front deck to enjoy breakfast. Trails to Lake Tahoe beaches, Tahoe Donner Regional Park or just walking in the forest. There is also a large front deck with patio dining to enjoy the morning sun. Snow play equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and sand toys provided! Kitchen was just remodeled with granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances.

Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway with one car that can fit in garage. No street parking at any time per Placer County Permitting Requirements.

Good Neighbor Policy and Wildlife Warning are provided in the home and will be sent to you when we accept your booking.

Located in exclusive Kingswood Estates (nicer side without all the condos).

4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2208 square feet as follows:

Upper level:
*Great room/living room, large stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 10, bar stools that seat another 4, gas fireplace stove, TV, DVD player, Smart TV.
*Master bedroom, in-suite bath with King bed.
* Plus another 1/2 bath.
*Two decks, one in front for breakfast dining, and one large deck in back to sit and look at the million trees behind the house.
*BBQs - one propane (provided).
*Safeway is only a one minute drive away.

Lower Level:
*Bedroom two with Queen bed.
*Bedroom three with Queen bed and Full bed.
*Master Bedroom four with Queen bed, Trundle Bed that converts to either two twins or one King - plus a family area with couch, chair, TV, DVD Player and hang out area to play provided games, kids and other books, high chair, baby gate, and Graco port-a-crib.

Hot Tub off lower master bedroom.
*Laundry with washer/dryer

Security cameras outside only at front door and garage for your security.

Hot tub is on lower deck protected from the snow so you can enjoy the hot tub without getting your feet cold walking on the snow.

Cleaning fee is $275 for the maid team and $75 to have the hot tub cleaned after every guest.

Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 AM.

Great Family Vacation House

We had 2 families stay and the home was extremely well located. A huge bonus was the backyard area where there was an abundance of snow to keep the kids busy. House was warm and clean. Just minutes away from the ski resort. Will definitely considering staying again.

Family and friend snow hang!

We stayed at Belinda’s property with two your families and our collective pre-k, kinder, and three third graders and had a blast. The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for a family friendly winter trip. We loved that each family had a dedicated bathroom. Great island in the kitchen for nonstop snacking and hanging out.

Tahoe retreat

We loved the location- amazing hiking trail behind the house. We had little kids so we needed to drive to the lake. If you are looking for a place close to the lake this is about 1.5 mile hike. The cabin was accommodating of 12 and the hot tub was an amazing evening activity after days of hiking and lake time. The host was super responsive to questions about the area. I would stay here again.

Great Place

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. The place had a great number of sleeping arrangements. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to Sand Harbor Beach and hiking. We ended up finding a short trail very close to the home. It was perfect. Belinda was very communicative and willing to help. We were 2 families staying for ski week. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious, well layed out and with a Tahoe feel, just what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is located 10 minutes to Northstar and 5 minutes into Kings Beach. The owner, Belinda, was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. She really cares about her home and the enjoyment of her guests.

As much as I'd love to keep this gem a secret Belinda and her home deserves to be acknowledged for the love and care they have put into it. Service was exceptional. Home has EVERYTHING you could need. Decorations and cleanliness are second to none. The home is spacious and great for cooking diners in. It also has a prime location near Kings Beach and just a short drive to Tahoe City. This place has become #1 on our list of Tahoe vacation stays for a large family or get together with friends!

Belinda’s home was exactly as listed! It was clean, well organized and had everything we needed as a 9 person group. We had plenty of space and it was especially helpful to have 3 1/2 bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. It’s in a very convenient location with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Belinda was very communicative and helpful during the booking process. I will absolutely book this house again if/when I come back with another group. Thank you for helping us create such a magical weekend!

Belinda was an amazing host! From our initial chat about the house rules to Belinda giving me a call right before our stay to discuss some rules, tips, etc. Belinda also picked up her phone and she was also so peasant, we never felt like we were bothering her. My 12 friends and I stayed here and it was the perfect amount of space! We really enjoyed the large dining room table because it was nice to have a family dinner. This home also had all the things we needed to cook! Belinda's place was also only 12 minutes from Northstar! I would highly recommend this host and place. :)

Birthday Getaway

We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed this much needed getaway. The house was great...had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. We had a slight glitch when the power went out (no fault of the owner) and Belinda got right back to me when I called to ask for the utility company information so we could find out how long the outage would last...didn't last long, fortunately. The only slight drawback to this property is that there's no air conditioning (which I knew ahead of time). It wasn't a problem for us as we had great weather but I can see where it might be a bit of a bother if it was warmer. Overall we had a great experience...I would book this property again.

Wonderful home

This is a beautiful, sparkling clean, and very well provisioned home. We had plenty of space (for 12), and were very comfortable. Belinda was very easy to communicate with & responded quickly. If returning to North Shore I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this home because of the incredible location! It is only one minute drive to Kings Beach and 8 minutes to skiing at Northstar Resort. 15 minute drive to Tahoe City and 30 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe and Reno. The home backs to the Tahoe National Forrest and is very peaceful. It is located in the exclusive Luxury Kingswood Estates. Peaceful and quiet area of exclusive homes.

What makes this property unique

I have redone each room and both the front and rear decks to cabin theme and lots of finishing touches that you would expect in the top notch rental home.
