The host communication was great. He met us when when arrived and showed us the place and gave suggestions on things to do in the area.Walking distance to town, tours, and a couple walking trails.House was very clean, organized and welcoming.

Beautiful immaculately clean apartment within walking distance of the downtown area. Also close to the docks and a laundromat. Doug was very helpful. I highly recommend Doug’s place.

We loved staying here in town. Great views and easy access to all you'd want to do around Seward! Spacious bedrooms & bathroom with comfy sleeping! Our favorites were the Kenai National Park 6 hr boat trip to see wildlife & glaciers! (It was fantastic) & loved the waterfront park where we saw sea lions & sea otters from shore!

This property is not handicap accessible 12 steps leading to the front door. I have had damage to the shower door, toilet roll dispenser and towel racks in the bathroom guests using as balance handles and lifting themselves. I will not be responsible for any injuries and I will charge for damages! This is not a handicap rental!!!

The house was very clean and in a very convenient location. We were able to check in a little early which we really appreciated. The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Doug was very helpful with places to eat and visit. We would put this high on our list to visit again.

Doug's place was just as described. Beautiful view, convenient to shops, restaurants, and bars. He met us for check in and provided great info on dining and activities in Seward. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen if you want to dine in. Very responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
