This property boasts 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8 plus 2 more with the addition of rollaways for an extra charge ) , two separate, spacious living areas with bifold doors seamlessly opening to both a large downstairs, timber decked terrace surrounding your private pool area and a huge upstairs balcony and outdoor entertainment area.

Other property features include, air conditioning in all bedrooms, walking distance from shops, restaurants and activities, 2 large separate living and entertaining areas, pool with spa and surrounding decking, gourmet kitchen, BBQ area, bar area overlooking pool and beach, under cover parking, TVs in both living areas and a fully equipped laundry. Now with Starlink Satellite WiFi.

Best water views and location in Australia

You honestly cannot beat the location of this house. This was our third stay here - with another family. Perfect house for 2 families. Pool at the front means you can swim and still soak in the amazing views over Horseshoe Bay. Kids can swim and you can watch them from the above balcony, likewise kids can be on the beach fishing or playing cricket and you can see them from kitchen/balcony etc. It is just such a great house and location, I have looked at many houses and none come close to this one. Horseshoe Bay is a lovely quiet area, child friendly. No need to get in the car and go anywhere. You can walk up to the stinger net swim area, along the beach, barefoot if you wanted to. We will definitely be back for a 4th stay. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful, well-appointed property with a lovely view of Horseshoe Bay. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen made food preparations joy. Great to be able to sample the local seafood. The pool was a bonus to be able to cool down.

Great property. House and surrounding were beautiful

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had lots of room and was perfect for us. My only complaint was that it was not cleaned to our standards. The floor in the kitchen was sticky,some of the dishes , glasses and utensils were put away with bits of dirt on them. The air conditioning in the master didn’t work, but that could also have been because it froze up. We didn’t look into it. The drawers in the closets were dirty and had dead bugs and hair in them. They could have been wiped out. The washing machine leaked These were small items. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend the place, just needs more attention to cleaning. Also let people know to keep all doors on the balcony closed at night. We had a Quokka get into our bedroom on the first night and made its way to our kitchen where it proceeded to eat our fruit and make off with a few granola bars in its mouth. Made for a bit of excitement

What a piece of paradise!

What a piece of paradise! I am torn between raving to everyone I meet about Villa Kembali and wanting to keep this place one of the best kept secrets for an idyllic family holiday; with the calm, warm waters of Horseshoe Bay Beach literally on your doorstep and just a moments walk to cafes, eateries & shops. Villa Kembali is private, spacious & luxurious - yet perfectly relaxed. We all loved this place & cant wait to return. The Battista Family Melbourne

This stunning,spacious & comfortable home has all you could want. Great pool, spa & bbq. Great deck to watch amazing sunsets. A perfect holiday. What a wonderful spot to simply relax or explore the island. We enjoyed hiking to all the bays & Forts where the view must be seen to be believed. Amazing

Perfect Getaway - What a great place !

Villa Kembali ticked all the boxes for our perfect holiday and we can't wait to return. The house has a lovely feel, is beautifully designed and luxuriously equipped. Its idyllic location meant just a short stroll to the delights of the Horseshoe Bay Village and provided us with beautiful views over the bay. The clever layout allows privacy and separation when you have a larger group, yet the highlight of our stay (group of friends) was gathering on the spacious verandah with a drink to watch the glorious sunsets in the evening after a day lazing by the pool or the beach opposite. Paradise......

A wonderful stay with girlfriends

This is my 3rd visit to this beautiful home. The layout is perfect for either a group of friends or two families with extensive facilities (incl 3 bathrooms/toilets). Ideal location right next to the beach and a short walk to Horseshoe Bay shops. When not at the beach, the pool and spa or sumptuous decks provide a restful space. The house is roomy and well appointed with all you might need. Highly recommend!

Simply Stunning!

What a beautiful house in a stunning location. We had a wonderful holiday relaxing in and around the pool, enjoying the spa and watching the spectacular sunsets from the large decking, usually following a meal cooked on the ample barbeque. The house is well maintained, very clean and well equipped, spacious and really comfortable, couldnt fault.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location. Property is stunning but is a little tired. Not agents fault but some kitchen utensil's were dirty when placed in cupboard and the floors upstairs were dirty. No spa in pool as stated in the advert. The whole house is very spacious but I think the photos of the website need updating.

Beautiful location

The location of this house was perfect for our family holiday. However there were way too many rules ( werent allowed candles or more than two guests on site), there wasnt enough cutlery, for example 9 forks when we had paid for 10 people, every meal one person was using a plastic fork which i had taken with me. The fridge was small and the bar fridge should be bigger for the size of the house. My other negative is paying over $3500 and yet we had to buy extra toilet rolls after two days.
