Located just steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, our cottage boasts a cozy rustic design inside ,as well as spacious outdoor areas for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. If you prefer dining out we are walking distance from 6 casual restaurants and bars. The 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath accommodations can sleep 8 comfortably. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this beach cottage is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of fall by the sea.

My sisters and I all live and work in South Carolina. We have children and grandchildren of our own and we all enjoy the beach cottage when we are able to take off time from work.
We have very devoted return renters each year but still have a few weeks available throughout the fall, winter and spring. We are offering some of these weeks through VRBO again this year.Thank you for taking a look at our cottage.

Our father crafted every detail with love and sentimental details. Note the initials by each bedroom door.
Our mother carefully chose furnishings that reminded her of growing up in rural Darlington County South Carolina.
We are 3 devoted daughters with families of our own now and are striving to keep their dream alive.
We have refreshed some things and added our own personalities while trying to preserve many of the original details.
Come and spend a week or more at Jim N Pink's Place. They would be so honored to have you here.

If you just want to hang out on the beach and relax in the sun, SHOP,GOLF,FISH, WATERPARK, LIBRARY, BROOKGREEN GARDENS AND OF COURSE, LET'S NOT FORGET ALL OF THE WONDERFUL EATING ESTABLISHMENTS JUST MINUTES AWAY, we have the perfect place for you and your family. While we are minutes away from all of the activity we are located in a very quiet area of Surfside. We are the best of both beach worlds. Won't you join us for your next beach stay?
