Located in the centre of the City of Coquitlam, near the beautiful Coquitlam river and hiking trails, 10 minute walk (1km) from the Coquitlam bus loop, restaurants for Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and Mexican food, and café’s. Coquitlam shopping centre, 3 super markets, 2 organic farmers markets, Coquitlam Public Library, Eagle Ridge Hospital, animal hospitals, and city parks. City parks such as Lafarge Park, which includes Volley Ball courts, Basket Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, a running track, and baseball, football and soccer fields. Driving distance from Sasamat Lake, Golden Ears Park, Belcarra park which is perfect for crabbing, Buntzen lake Park which is great for fishing and contains over 10 hikes. The place is very clean and the host is very hospitable.The only issue was the lack of a stove. It wasn't a problem but it wasn't clearly indicated in the details on VRBO that there was no stove. We bought groceries but had to find ingenious ways to cook with small kitchen appliances which there are many.Very conveniently located within a short walk to the sky train, Lincoln Station.It is a nice two bedroom two bathroom apartment.

Unfortunately, our smart government cares about our guests and prohibits providing a stove to guests for a short-term rental, only long-term rentals are allowed... I am forced to comply in order to obtain a license and apologize for this stupid ban (we do not have a stove in the description on the ad page, but we have many other appliances for you to cook food), thank you for your understanding

The host Mr. Dimitry is a very easy to communicate with and always willing to help so is his son. My family had wonderful time there for 9 days. It is a quiet and functional house. We could find everything we need there. Definitely we will book this house again on our next trip.

From the moment we arrived, our host was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, making us feel at home straight away. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and the amenities were excellent, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Why they chose this property

We bought this home because it was a brand new home in the heart of a growing and developing city. Surrounded by fresh water rivers and lakes. It's a very safe place to raise a family. In the morning birds chirp and sing and raccoons and squirrels come to visit in the evenings. It was also very close to schools and bus stations, stadiums, parks, and swimming pools.
