Nice Studio on the Beach

We booked this studio over the 4th of July. We were very happy to have found it due to not many places were available. We were given a door code prior to check in so we did not have contact with any management on staff - the entire time we were there. We were not anticipating a lot from this studio rental, and we were pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning worked, the shower was large and water pressure and temp perfect, a full size refrigerator and stove with all the necessary cookware and utensils, and a fabulously comfortable king sized bed! The only complaint we had was the pool. It was hot- like a hot tub, and we realized that the heater was still on. Good to know it works if you come in the cooler months.

Excellent location, adorable efficiency...

This was my second visit to this property but my first time staying in this unit. The king sized bed was comfortable, and the USB wall outlets on both sides of the bed were quite convenient! The kitchen area had everything needed to make my weeks stay complete. Plenty of dishes, pot/pans utensils, small appliances etc. For being a small efficiency there is plenty of storage space. I was grateful for the plethora of towels provided. Though there is coin laundry on site, we did not run out of clean towels during our week long stay. The owners did a great job with making the most of this space . The walk in shower was spacious and the sliding doors were a nice touch and convenient. The two beach chairs provided are quite old, rusted, and are not functional, but there are lovely lounge chairs with big umbrellas on the beach that are for rent which I have done in the past. I personally appreciate that the pool is located on the East side of the building because it allows for plenty of shade. This property in general is a hidden gem, and so is this unit! A beautiful, modern, updated efficiency that doesn't cost a fortune. Great job guys! Thank you, I cannot wait to visit again soon...

Worst bed ever. Dirty. No response from owner.

The location is perfect for a nice quiet stay on beach. Easy access to tourist and nightlife nearby. Several restaurants and stores within a quarter mile. However our comfort was left with much to be desired. The bed was hard as rock. We even went out and bought a 3in memory foam king sized topper which helped minimally. We got 2 massages while we were there to try and help alleviate pain. We called the owner the first morning and then 2 more times with no response. Upon check in we found 4 large piles of sand around the unit, one of which was just about under the bed as if the person who was cleaning decided to “sweep it under the rug” and couldn’t even do that right. Another pile was right next to trash can and another in front of front door. In a dresser we found guest paperwork from 2 previous guests with there personal information. We also found used plastic bags in random drawers; if they were placed in one drawer all together it would have made sense but with the combined other things it just made us feel no one cleaned out the drawers. We never heard back from owner about these things either.

Very nice place to stay right on the beach

Location was perfect, next to restaurants and 2 minute walk to the beach. The door lock and shower had some issues that they did not include in their instructions for check in but was able to call and got help immediately so it did not interupt our stay at all. Would definitely go again!

To start, we weren't sent a code to get into the lock box to retrieve our ck in packet and door code, but our neighbor opened it. There was no parking pass in our envelope. The unit has a nice beachy feel. King size bed is firm and quite comfortable. It has several drawers underneath, but there was a lot of sand on the inside of each drawer, which my husband cleaned in order to use. There is a lot of sand along the edges of the platform bed. The floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped upon our arrival, so we did that. This unit has so much dust. It was caked on the inside of the slats of the louvered doors where the a/c is housed.. which is where you hang your clothes.. in the closet. We took the broom and tried to clean as much of it as we could, and then wiped with a washcloth, it wasn't good. I'm not sure who cleans the place, but you might rethink and hire someone to do a deep cleaning because for the money, we expected a much cleaner place. The dust on the plastic drinking glasses in the rack over the sink needs to be washed. We didn't use any of your serving ware. We left as is. The kitchen is nice.. but the Cookware.. (a small frying pan) needs to be thrown out. We washed our plates and bowls before we used any of it. Needs some ice trays. It felt like whoever stayed before us was the housekeeper. Seriously! We will probably not stay in thus particular unit again. We cleaned it fairly nice for the next group, but still! All in all, the outside was just ok. But you can never go wrong with the ocean. It was beautiful. Just a few steps away. The pool was filled with pool toys each morning. It didn't appear anyone was tidying up. Plant some trees for shade. It's Very stark and not comfy around the pool with no umbrellas available! Overall, spend a bit more and go to the Doubletree!

Perfect Place For Our Mini Honeymoon!!!

This place was PERFECT! It was 10ish pm when we got to condo/1bdrm apt. so I had to call the number to recieve the code for the room code and paperwork, but they were so nice and took literally less than 2 minutes and we were in the room. The place we had was better than the pictures online honestly!!! PERFECT SPOT FOR OUR MINIMOON (mini honeymoon) AS I CALL IT!!!!

Great potential Short staff resulting in lack of cleanliness, at least that is the reason we were given by front desk. Management needs to stay on property looking through eyes of guest. Grounds were maintened better than studies unit 01
