Park your vehicle right outside the front door, with no stairs, & no steps, or elevators.
Open the front door & walk directly to the back door slider and onto the private Patio.
From the beachside patio, walk directly onto the white sugary-sandy beach & let it squish between your toes. Catch some sun-rays while walking, sunning, or playing on the beach!
When you're ready to get wet, keep walking on the sand a few more feet and you'll be in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of America. You decide, whether it’s; swimming, floating, kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing, catamaran, paddle boarding, fishing, etc., the beach waters are ready for you to have fun!

Downstairs you’ll find: front patio, 1/2 bath, laundry area, kitchen, dining, living areas, beachside patio, the backyard is the white sandy beach & the emerald waters of the Gulf.

Walk upstairs to enjoy the two bedrooms, & each includes a private ensuite. The main bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the sandy beach and Gulf of America.

Bring or rent: snorkels; scuba diving equipment; jet ski; kayak: catamaran, paddle board; bicycles; motorcycles; etc.!

You'll be in a quiet, safe, family-oriented area, but yet close enough to participate in as many activities as you would like.

If you decide to take a drive:
-- about 6 miles to the Frank Brown Park, where ballgames, concerts, indoor & outdoor pools, and other activities are held on a regular basis
-- about 7 miles driving East from my townhome to Pier Park, to enjoy shopping galore, numerous restaurants, concerts, movie theaters; games & rides; fishing off the Pier, and a wide range of other events.
-- short drive to great golf courses: the Holiday Golf Club - 9 miles, the Hombre Golf Club - 12 miles, and the Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 miles.
-- pack your cooler and some chairs to: visit St. Andrew State Park, take a fishing trip; swim with the dolphins; watch the deep sea fishing boats coming in each afternoon at Treasure Island Marina, with boats full of fish
-- 3 miles from my townhome; going west on Panama City Beach Parkway: 30A with shopping; restaurants; events; turn left at Shades Bar & Grill (across the street from the Donut Hole)
-- 25 miles from my townhome; going west on Panama City Beach Parkway: The Silver Sands Outlet Mall with shopping & restaurants

For Bikers and Bike lovers, we're conveniently located a few miles from Pier Park, the Harley Davidson Dealership, and the Indian Dealership, for the upcoming events during Thunder Beach week. There's normally a great display of the beautiful bikes at the Dealerships & at Pier Park
