About this property

This family-owned, beautifully maintained unit is on the 2nd floor in Shorehaven II. The condo is located in the first building that is closest to the ocean. It is a short, 3-minute walk to Cherry Grove Beach. At the beach entrance, there are convenient public showers and restrooms that are brand new.
Our home is fully furnished with all of the amenities you need for a great stay! The 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably, with 2 queen beds. The living room is quite spacious and is part of the overall open floor plan that provides more space than most condos. There are 3 flat-screen TVs with cable and high-speed internet. The back deck provides a glimpse of the ocean and is a great place to enjoy breakfast!
The Shorehaven II pool and hot tub are very close to our unit. The complex is immaculately maintained and includes grill areas for cook-outs. There is also a lake area, which is a great place to unwind.
The biggest attraction is Cherry Grove Beach. You will love the walk to the beach and, of course, all of the fun things you can do once you are at the ocean! In addition to relaxing at the beach, there are close-by shopping options, golfing, live theater, amusement parks, fishing, dining, etc.
We rent to families, golfers and responsible adults age 25 and older. We do not allow house parties, no pets and no smoking inside our home.

Family Fun

We had a great stay at the Condo! Very convenient to beach and anything you need while there was a short drive or walk away. The beach is easy to access via the very visibly marked crosswalk steps from the condo.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is very comfortable with good sized rooms and well maintained. The walk to the beach is very easy and close. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by and some are in walking distance.

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted a beach home and fell in love with Shorehaven II when we first visited. This is the perfect location for a relaxing time at the beach. Our condo is closest to the ocean and we love being there. We also want to share our beach home with guests who also want to make memories with their families.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is just three minutes from the ocean and is part of one of the best-maintained communities at the Grand Strand. The condo is on the 2nd floor which offers better views. The pool and seasonal hot tub are only a very short walk from our unit, but not close enough for any noise to bother you. In our minds, a relaxing vacation doesn't get any better than a stay at our place!
