This Condominium has a beautiful Ocean View!
Renovated with all new decks and vinyl siding. Gorgeous!

In February 2024 we updated our condo with LVP flooring and renovated both bathrooms with new cabinets, beadboard, fixtures and hardware. The kitchen was upgraded with beadboard backsplash, new light fixtures, hardware and low profile microwave.

This condo is decorated with a unique Caribbean Beach theme. It was professionally decorated and has many wonderful amenities including all custom window treatments. Additional amenities include a large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. TV's in every room and Wi-Fi.

The condo is equipped with a master bedroom and bath that includes a queen-size bed and new pillow top mattress.. The second bedroom is furnished with two new pillowtop mattress, single beds and is very brightly decorated; perfect for children! Next to the bedroom there is a full bath and the den couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa! The unit does NOT allow smoking inside the condominium. Pets are also NOT allowed. Linens are provided for all weekly rentals. For non-weekly rentals, linens are available upon request. Storage unit by the beach is available for your convenience, and is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Just for you and your family to enjoy!

GREAT LOCATION!! Ocean Pier I is located in Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach. It is a perfect location for families. It is several blocks from the popular Barefoot Landing, Tanger outlets, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater and the famous House of Blues. We are located in the heart of restaurant row. Great location for golfing and fishing. Parasailing and banana boat rides are available all summer long.

Note For People with Handicaps: There is NOT an elevator at Ocean Pier I. The location of this condominium is on the third floor.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with dinnerware, cups,glassware, and all appliances worked great. Very close to the pool and beach! Bed was very comfortable. Furniture was good. Very close to restaurants and shopping also! Parking was great.The owner (David) was great! Very responsive to any questions or concerns. Pool area was fine, although the pool was cold, (not heated).There was also a charcoal grill just outside the pool area!The beach was great. A very short walk from the condo. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the owners storage room, which was a real plus. We had a great time!

The condo was very clean! Very quiet, nice and relaxing area! The beach view was beautiful! Accurate pictures of the view. Pool looked very nice but we were unable to use it because the weather was just a little to cool still unfortunately so the water was so cold. Perfect beach access. Not a crowded area. Host was nice and responded back in a timely manner. Also kept us updated when someone was coming to pressure wash the property so we knew where to park. The only complaint I have is since the condo is on the 3rd floor just be aware of all the steps you will go up. There were more stairs than I expected so that was a bit rough going up and down. Lol. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great Location and very comfortable stay.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at the property. Other than the walk up the stairs (we probably needed the exercise). We enjoyed the location which was close to everywhere. The condo was well stocked and clean. Will definitely try to stay there again.

My family really enjoyed staying at David’s place! It had everything and more…very clean and had all the kitchen stuff you need if you are going to cook. The location is great! Beach and pool with golf close by….we will be definitely back!

Side porch ocean view and overlooks the pool right on the beach the Master bedroom shower could use an update. It is super tiny. We took all showers in the spare bathroom which was a standard shower! There was plenty of items to take to the beach in the storage closet

Great Vacation!

Great family vacation spot.

Had a great time in this more quiet location on NMB. The price was affordable for a 2 bed 2 bath and the place was very nice. My wife thought the little dove toiletries were a nice touch. A little tip. Bring quarters for the washer and dryer. I had a hard time getting change from businesses around. Place is very close to great restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of room on the beach and the pool was never crowded.
