Boomerang Lodge 6 offers a comfortable, convenient home base for your stay in Telluride! We love the open living area and kitchen making an easy time of gathering and relaxing. Enjoy this unit's casual mountain vibe, remodeled bathrooms, large kitchen, and welcoming living room. The remodeled bathrooms provide an upgraded feel and the washer and dryer add extra convenience. Boomerang Lodge's location lets you set off on any sort of adventure with ease, whether it's skiing, hiking, or exploring the shopping and dining offered in town. Summer festivals are a lovely walk or free bus ride away and chair lift 7 is just a couple of blocks as well. This condo building also offers a parking space, a hot tub and an outdoor BBQ. (LIT does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance).

Please note that there is a Town of Telluride construction project happening on the adjacent corner from this building (not on this unit's side of the building). Work is intermittent and construction noise is prohibited between 6pm and 8am, Monday - Friday, and 6pm-9am on Saturdays, and all day Sunday.

Boomerang Lodge offers one first come, first served space in a parking garage.

Amazing rental!!

Condo life is the way to go for the bluegrass festival and this property did not disappoint! Kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms were nice and clean. Can’t wait to be back!

Perfect for our needs

Great location within short walking distance to the gondola, chair 7, free shuttle, shopping, and restaurants. Clean and tidy with nice furniture. The couches in particular seem nearly brand new! Well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!

Right in town

Close to everything. We were surprised by a lovely farmers market right outside the door on Friday! One block to market, restaurants, free gondola. There's a room with two twin beds for the kids plus a fun sleeping nook.

2 of 3 sons home from college for spring break and my wife and I wanted family time skiing.

Looked online for a place that could accommodate the 4 of us close to lifts so we wouldn’t hVe to drive. Boys wanted a hot tub. Good price point and easy to book. Quick and friendly response

My family had a great time at the apartment. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My family liked it a lot. Overall we had a great time. The only suggestion for warm summer days will be the installation of a cieling fan in the living room. Fantastic location, lovely apartment and amenities, seamless check in process. Thank u.

Perfect place

This was a perfect place for our stay. Plenty of room. Parking was great. The heated bathroom floors and washer and dryer weren’t a must for us but was a great bonus. Everything was crisp and clean. About an 8-10 minute walk to the gondola and downtown. 3 minute walk to the river and river trail. About a 3 minute walk to Clark’s Market that has everything you need. We liked this place much more than the more expensive place we stayed last time. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Relaxing views and all we needed

We stayed for 5 nights and had plenty of space for our family and if we wanted any visitors to stay with us (lots of beds!). We absolutely loved the view and how relaxing it was to sit in the living room and stare out the windows. Grilling is a challenge with the wind, but the kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking inside, with newer appliances. It was a great vacation spot.

Beware of this property

If you love the smell of mildew with just a hint of pet urine in hallway, you’ll love this place . Outdated condo surrounded by drunk locals outside your window til the wee hours . Inside , the walls are so thin , you can hear your fellow inmate ( condo guest) do everything. I could go on but you get the picture. Don’t say I didn’t warn you .

We are sorry you feel that way about this condo, we have never ever had a noise complaint or been told that it smells that way. This condo has just undergone a remodel with brand new beautiful bathrooms, carpet, paint and washer and dryer. We would have loved to have heard from you during your 2 night stay, so we could have addressed it at the time. The HOA controls the common area, we just did an inspection and cannot smell or notice anything of the kind. We take these reviews seriously and this is EXTREMELY RARE for us.

Great Location in Town

It is nice that the second bedroom had three beds for my three daughters (16, 19 and 19). They had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The main bedroom only has a full size bed, which was a little tight for the two of us. The main living area is large, comfortable and very livable. The entire unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very large and nicely stocked. We mostly cooked breakfast in the unit, as we were out and about at lunch and dinner. The common areas of the condo are a little tired and dark, but certainly fine. The hot tub is closed for the summer, which was a little disappointing. The unit has windows on the west side, so it would get a little hot in the afternoon. It is in a great location from town--about three easy blocks from where the main street activity starts. There is a well-stocked grocery store right around the corner. And, it is about 8 block walk to the free gondola up the mountain. Really a fun location. Mindy with the management company was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

We were disappointed the hot tub didn't have water in it per the advertisement but when we got there it said it is because it is off-season, wasn't a huge deal to us.

The condo was set up perfectly for a week long stay. They provided literally anything you may need in the kitchen to cook with and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even provide shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. when some condos I've stayed in don't even provide toilet paper! it was a bit of a walk to the festival but certainly doable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo, on the deck or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (please know, we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
