Refresh@Shellys. Boardwalk stroll down to beach from modern coastal villa.

Newly built all level modern coastal villa with one queen size room and one king size room which can be converted to two long single beds to suit needs. One large bathroom and kitchen contains everything for self catering. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. Property includes a private bbq paved and grass area. Lock up single garage with internal access.

Quiet position, perfect for couples. Shelly beach has brand new amenities including free bbqs and a choice of beautiful picnic table areas. There is both a Rockpool swimming area perfect for families and snorkeling as well as a large (unpatrolled) surf beach. Shelly beach joins Port Macquaries picturesque coastal walk, just follow the signs and beautiful pathways either south or north. Both directions provide spectacular scenery, historic sights, lookouts where whales can be seen between the months of July through to October.

3mins walk to local general store and pharmacy. 5min walk to Sea Acres National park Rainforest Visitor centre where the adjoining rainforest cafe is open for breakfast and lunch. 4.7km 8min to Port Macquarie town centre. 9.3 km or 13 min drive to airport.

Local activities aside from relaxing and swimming on the beach include scenic river boat cruise, whale watching tour, kayaking, fishing, sea plane, camel rides depending on your level for adventure. Local produce at various markets, coffee, wineries and eating places will satisfy the gourmet traveller.

Delightful, well located property

We had a lovely time, here for 6nights. Beaches were close by, with a small store/servo and (very popular) fish and chip shop within 200m. The villa was well presented, nicely decorated and had everything we needed including a nice outdoor area. Overall a very nice place for a small group to stay at.

The property is modern, furnished very nicely and it has the most comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer was very handy as we were visiting our son at Uni and I caught him up on all his washing! Asty's is only 50 metres away and has delicious food. You do need a car to stay here as it is a little far to walk into Port. Overall, the property was fabulous and Jill was great to deal with.

Lovely villa very conveniently located near Shelly Beach. It was a lovely surprise to find a bottle of wine in the fridge. The place was clean and tidy, with just about every appliance anyone could need. We loved it.

Fabulous location and beautiful apartment

We recently spent a week in Port Macquarie doing a photography course. The location of Refresh was perfect for our stay. We loved it's location near Shelly Beach and Sea Acres. It was an easy drive to town and Lighthouse Beach. The townhouse was beautifully presented and comfortable. Jill communicated in a timely manner and made the whole process very easy. Beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay at Jill's property. She was excellent to deal with. The house was perfect. It had everything you would and even more. A lot of thought has gone into making sure you feel at home. The location was great, a short walk to Shelly Beach and a short drive into the town centre. Highly recommend!

The property was as I expected or better. It was clean and felt well looked after. Everything was working and in good condition. The host left nice treats for us on arrival and responded quickly to messages. The location was quiet and we really enjoyed our short walk to the beach for a morning swim. I recommend staying here.

Compact and convenient

Modern accommodation with all the creature comforts. If you are a family four (or less) with non-adult children you'll find this place just the right size. Less than 500 m to the beach and just 5 min drive to town gives just the right blend of seclusion and accessibility.
