This newly renovated 3,300 square foot, 4-bedroom home is located in the Princeville resort community. It offers a fully stocked chef's kitchen with hardwood cabinets and luxurious stainless steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the open concept floor plan, showcasing views from every angle.

Begin your day by enjoying breakfast from the oversized balcony overlooking the Na Pali ridge. Hop on a bicycle and explore a variety of local beaches, ideal for snorkeling with local turtles and exotic fish. Unwind by relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. The experience here is perfect for family retreats, group outings and romantic getaways.

The residence is a short distance from a multitude of day trip activities. Hike to a waterfall, sample the local cuisine at the farmers market or spend the day being pampered at the St. Regis Resort. Princeville is a true tropical paradise.

Princeville is the ideal base for exploring the North Shore, and ensuring a comfortable, newer home in a safe, residential neighborhood. The North Shore is known for its multitude of waterfalls, lush green forests, dramatic beaches, farmers’ markets, and hikes along the Na Pali ridge. The home is within biking distance to the St. Regis in Princeville. Also in the neighborhood is the lovely hike down to the dramatic Queen's Bath. The house is a short drive to Hanalei Bay for boat trips along the Na Pali coast. You’re close to spectacular sunset views at Ke’e beach and the Kilauea lighthouse, or can venture south to explore more of the varied landscape of Kauai.

Beautiful spacious house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kauai house. We had a large family and filled every bed. The beds were comfortable, sheets soft w an abundance of pillows. The couches in the two living areas were stylish and cushy. The art was tasteful and evoked the Islands. We found the selection of cookware and dishes/ cups, to be totally satisfactory. We even had an array of tupperwares to choose from, for storage and on-the -go. The recreation package was extensive and made our beach outings very comfortable. Great to have cruiser bikes, to ride in the neighborhood. Overall, we would definitely recommend this house to anyone w a big family or group of friends. **Unfortunately , the hot tub was broken and we weren't sure how long this had been the case. We definitely would have used it everyday, had it been working. ***Also, we were only allotted 11 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels, for an 8 day stay for 10 people. If you run out, they will not provide supplementary rolls.

Great House for Family

This house is beautiful and the space was perfect to accommodate our family. We loved the large kitchen and spacious eating areas. The views were stellar and bedrooms and baths were nice. Diana the property manager was lovely and addressed our needs immediately. I would definitely rent the house again and give high praise to Diana and her team.

Mixed experience

Our experience at this Equity Residence home was mixed. The home is nicely situated, with spacious living areas. Bikes and beach gear are great. Management accommodated early check in. Mid stay house cleaning was appreciated. Overall, the home feels rather run down and not “newly renovated”as described: for example multiple stove burners are rusting and turn off when on the low setting (the handyman told us this is due to corrosion in the gas line), the refrigerator struggled initially to maintain a cool temp when full (there is a 2nd smaller fridge in the garage to help with this issue as we were told it happens frequently), and the dishwasher often needed multiple tries to get it started. Additionally, one of the shower drains is very slow (needed 2 drano treatments) and the ceiling fan in the kitchen doesn’t work. The house was clean, but several things were not operable when we arrived. The remotes for the air conditioners did not work until we went out and bought new batteries for them. There was no remote for the TV in the large sitting area so it was not useable for our entire trip (management didn’t know where it was). The hot tub was dirty, the cover was disintegrating and there was a heavy, sharp metal frame around the tub that made it unsafe to maneuver around it. Even after the tub was serviced, the water was so low we could not use it. We had a wonderful vacation but definitely expected more given the nightly cost and house description.

Lackluster & Property was being shown to buyers/investors while we were staying there

The layout of the house is weird. The interior is ugly but comfortable. Also the propery manager showed the house to potential buyers/investors in the middle of our vacation. She was very nice, but for $>12k for the week, this was simply unacceptable. That said, the house is well stocked (the listed amenities were accurate) and we were well situated on the island for lots of outdoor adventures. Kauai was lovely but ultimately I will not stay here (or at the other properties under this management group) again.
