A perfect place

We stayed for several days when visiting family in Tonawanda. The location was perfect, the house clean and cozy, and the kitchen well equipped. We hope to stay again the next time we are up for a visit!

Great weekend in Buffalo

The home was well equipped and very nice throughout. It had everything we needed in a convenient location to the airport and downtown. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Comfortable Stay

This cozy little house was an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel for our trip. It is conveniently located and in a quiet, safe neighnorhood. We are very glad we chose this property.

Cozy home, safe neighborhood, close to everything but not too close to hustle and bustle.

We stay for several days, my hubby and I, for a getaway. We enjoyed the kindness of NY folks. We loved Niagara and coming back to our warm and comfy Vrbo afterward. Shannon was wonderful; attentive and communicated whenever we needed anything. The house has a bit damp smell but it’s older and we understand winter time and older homes so it didn’t bother us.

Comfortable get away

This two bedroom cottage was perfect for our visit to UB and to see the sure in the area. Plenty of seating, all the amenities we needed, and a great host. I'd stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

A great little VRBO rental house

A short, five minute drive from the Buffalo airport, yet we weren’t bothered by the sound of jets. It was really perfect for the two of us, plenty of room for us and everything that we brought along. Convenient to many things. The host was responsive. Certainly a good value. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!

Shannon was so thoughtful in preparing her home for our stay. There were heaters on when we arrived in addition to the central heating system. The home was plowed regularly so we had easy access. The home was so cozy and carefully decorated. It was clean and very comfortable in every way!Thank you Shannon! We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect Christmas Visit

We checked in on Christmas Day. Shannon made everything easy. The house was very nice and worked well for us. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and was less than 15 minutes from everything. (Perfectly located) The kitchen had everything we needed as we tend to cook most dinners for ourselves on vacations. We could not have asked for anything more.

Perfect place

Shannon’s home was the perfect place for us to stay before, during, and after my husband’s cancer surgery at Roswell Park. It’s in a nice neighborhood convenient to the highway, great grocery stores, and churches. Shannon provides everything needed to prepare meals and relax after a long day. She was easy to contact if I needed anything.

Long-weekend visit for a Bills game

The property was perfect for a long-weekend visit with my elderly Dad. Very clean and welcoming and in a great location to all that Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer. We'll stay again!

This little home worked great for us for a week’s stay. Neighborhood felt safe. Had everything we needed but communication with the host could use improvement. We found lots of fun things to do in Buffalo.

Perfect little home away from home!

The cozy and charming decor made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The house was well-maintained and the amenities were thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind. The main spaces were bright and comfortable. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby. I highly recommend Shannon’s home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Buffalo. This home was in a great quiet neighborhood. A nicely decorated home. The host stocked it with coffee pods & creamer which my mom loved. The bathrooom looked recently renovated. Cozy and welcoming house with excellent location.
