The Heald/Bianchi unit is a 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bath, sleeps 6 adults. The unit is located on an up slope with 40 steps (including 1 flight of steps in the garage) from the garage up to the entry level. Parking for 2 cars in garage and 2 cars in driveway. This is a Pet Friendly unit. You enter the property into a room that has a double/full size bed. Once you are through that room there is a hall that leads to a bathroom with a shower, the master room with a king size bed and stairs. Moving up the stairs you come into the living area and kitchen; to the right is a hall that leads to a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. Off the living area is a good size deck with a filtered view of the lake. New flat screen TV, Blue-ray player has NETFLIX abilities if renters have an established personal account. The third floor is a loft with three twin beds. This is a summer vacation rental only. It is a floating 2 night minimum. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. The Heald/Bianchi unit#027 offers a 10% discount off the rent and covers the cleaning fee to Active Military Members. a great cozy cabin

We were pleasantly surprised by the location as the house is very close to the back entrance of the state park. The cabin is basic and that it exactly what made it charming for us. Loved the enclosed garage to keep bikes and SUPs.

Wonderful Place with nice views

We had a wonderful stay here. The views from the house and the deck are awesome. The property is within walking distance to very nice trails along Donner Lake where we had wonderful walks. Very serene, quiet, and quaint neighborhood and a very memorable stay!

Wonderful summer weekend

Donner Lake is such a wonderful community and this condo is perfectly situated to enjoy it. Everything was exactly as described and the rental management company was excellent to deal with - very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.
