Location, Location, Location – This lovely 3-bedroom home is only a stone’s throw away from the town centre. You can walk there in minutes to enjoy the many cafes and restaurants. This home has been recently renovated & painted throughout with a new bathroom, carpet & flooring. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer & cooking utensils. Entertaining will be a breeze with the open-plan living area which steps down to a large conservatory that opens onto the private backyard. Great off-street parking is fully fenced and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Twizel. Lovely and cosy for a Summer or Winter break to visit the nearby ski fields or one of the many lakes in the Mackenzie area.

Whether your holiday is to enjoy the outdoors or relax and rest this property is in the perfect location, with Salmon and Trout fishing just 5 minutes away. The A20 track is just 3 minutes away & Ohau Ski Field is just a 45-minute drive.

If you are bringing bikes/ e-bikes, you can access the garage to lock the bikes away while not in use. Please let me know before your arrival.
