Pull up to this gorgeous lush community and step foot onto the covered porch of your home in Paradise. As you enter this spacious floor plan, you instantly feel the peacefulness of this lovingly-furnished and fully equipped townhome. High ceilings, tile floors and fans throughout will cool your senses on a sultry afternoon. Relish time together concocting your favorite meals in the kitchen area with new appliances, black granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Dine at the indoor dining area for 4 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast nook or out on back deck. There is a bar area as well so you can craft up evening cocktails together in style! 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS....
The Great room includes a queen sofa sleeper adjoining a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will enjoy a queen guest bedroom that opens up to an airy covered balcony, a cozy writing desk and an en suite full bathroom with a relaxing shower/tub combination. The luxurious master king bedroom resides across the hall and also boasts an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms offer flat screen TVs for your enjoyment and ample closet space/drawer storage.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
French doors to the covered, spacious back porch will call your name to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Steps from the unit you will delight in the tranquil heated community pool area with a waterfall and surrounding loungers. Take a short stroll down to the treasures of Duval Street or sneak away to a nearby beach. This unit is perfectly located to the island’s best bars, restaurants and all the high-end galleries. Gas grill available to grill up your fresh catch.

The home comes with covered parking for one vehicle.

Pets up to 40 pounds are considered and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

It was also perfectly located on a quiet dead end street with an adorable outdoor coffee cafe just 1/2 a block to the left on Simonton Street. Spent many a morning there!! Also the gardens and pool were amazing. It was like having your own private pool. Whitney (property manager) was very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns of which there were few. Would definitely come back to this oasis!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we have stayed here, and it was once again the perfect location, very comfortable, clean, and generally well stocked. We enjoy just walking out and being near everything in town—from the southernmost beach to the Truman waterfront, and everything in between. Whitney was a wonderful property manager, and even is sending us some items we forgot to pack up. One suggestion—an outdoor table, and better outdoor furniture would be nice. I ordered some loungers from Amazon and those made it comfortable. But no complaints at all, and we would love to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to KW for over 20 years and have stayed at various locations. We found Seas the Day to be an ideal spot for enjoying many of out favorite activities, museums, restaurants, music sites, etc. The condo was well appointed, furniture comfortable enough (missed a foot stool for putting our feet up), appliances easy to use and bedrooms en suite perfect for our needs. Pool location was ideal and the area was always pristine.A few minor suggestions: back porch furniture not so comfortable and area could use some covering to provide needed shade in the afternoon. A delightful place to sit with surrounding greenery. Prime bathroom could use some other hooks or racks to hang towels and shower needs some cleaning to remove mold on tiles. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.On another note the property management company is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We wanted to give a shout out to Whitney Olado who was our manager for both properties for March and April. All our interactions with her were positive. She was prompt with her responses and very accommodating. We especially appreciated the consideration she gave to us in making the end of the month move from one property to another. She is a gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seas the Day was beautiful making our month stay in Key West a real home away from home. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. Whitney was very welcoming, kind and sweet. She answered all our questions immediately. They have a concierge service to give you recommendations and help you have fun with whatever sight or fun you want in KW. Whitney sent cleaners half way through our stay to make it like new again. This was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed: coffee maker with half Keurig (for those of us not great at coffee), clean stove and oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, cups, glasses, bowls, plates and all the utensils you will need. Even the large utensils if you cook out on the grill on the back deck. We did enjoy the grill often. The back deck was an oasis, we spent mornings relaxing with coffee, and evenings with a toddy. I needed to work a bit while there, the wifi was very good, tvs in every room with local channels or you can sign into your networks. The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows with extra sheets. The bathrooms were clean and they supplied all the towels you needed, upstairs and down. They even supplied beach towels. Washer and dryer was so nice to have. Great location. You are only one block away from Duvall Street with plenty of restaurants and activities. On bikes we could be at either side of the island in 5-10 minutes. Zachary Taylor beach was our favorite. Trees for shade, beach, ocean and a drink/food shack. Honestly, I can not find one fault with staying here and we will definitely return. Thank you.

The location was perfect as we could walk to everything, however, if you are unable to walk, the complimentary Duval Loop bus picks up at the corner. The 21 townhouse community is beautifully designed with well-maintained lush tropical trees and plants. It is a quiet community but there are enough people around for help if you need it! One block away is the very popular Cuban food truck... great food, slow service but worth the wait!!! Enjoy!

This property is well kept and has all of the amenities for an amazing stay. From a full kitchen to the propane grill on the patio, food preparation is a breeze. The washer and dryer simplify your packing and your stay. Two full bedrooms and two full baths upstairs ensures everyone's privacy. Location is close enough to be convenient and far enough away to be comfortable. This place sits on a dead end street so passing traffic is never an issue. The property management personnel are incredibly responsive. Full cable and internet are provided. A great stay.
