Stunning 4th floor Turtle Dunes villa with gorgeous ocean views. Updated appliances, beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout, and high-end furnishings make this property an ideal place to stay for a relaxing getaway. Both bedrooms offer beautiful ocean views and balconies and private balconies.

This villa offers expansive views but is still conveniently located for easy beach access. It has been thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs and beach towels. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this gorgeous villa in the ideal location on the south end of Amelia Island.

With this rental, guests enjoy access to the beautiful and spacious Turtle Dunes pool, Dunes Club tennis courts, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available.

Home away from home

We loved our stay at Turtle Dunes! 1848 is on the 4th floor and has an expansive view of the beach. You can go to the condo, pool, and beach without using stairs. (The first part of the beach is rocky, so keep your shoes on for a while.) The owners have thought of details to make your stay enjoyable and things you might need. There are two king suites, perfect for us and our grown daughter.
