Free unlimited wi-fi, comfy couches, flat screen TV, undercover secure single lock up garage with direct access into the apartment plus off street parking available for a second car, commercial work van or trailer.
A fully enclosed rear court yard is secure for children.
The first bedroom has a King size Pillow top bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size Pillow top bed.
New bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A great inner city location and friendly budget price to suit.
Local managers with extensive local knowledge.
Minimum 3 night stay off peak.
Christmas - New year period minimum 7 night stay. Easter minimum 4 night stay.
Long weekends and special events minimum night stays apply.
Rate of $179 per night is a flat rate for up to 4 guests.
During peak times maximum rate applies, no discounts available.
A $200 pre authorised bond is required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check out or extra guests.
