The location was great, made access to the lifts very easy and convenient. The underground parking came in super handy, glad our car and gear were protected from the cold weather. The unit was cozy, kitchen and bathrooms worked great. The hot water was perfect! Our family had a great time, we hope we can come again! Thank you!
The place was perfect for a ski weekend with the family. We have two small kids and the bunk beds worked out perfect. There was a small hill in back where the kids were able to sled in the afternoons. It was located between two lodges so we drove everywhere (5 min to everything) but there is a shuttle you can text for pickup. The pool / hot tub / laundry is in the main building so it's a short walk through garage or outside. The unit is on the 2nd floor so a couple short flights of stairs from garage. Pool was warm and hot tub was great after a day on slopes!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this Cabondo (Cabin/Condo). The location is great for skiing at Brian Head. The property was extremely clean, and we really appreciated the fresh and clean linens, and the fluffy, fresh and clean towels (including towels for the pool). Speaking of the pool/hot tub - we had no issues whatsoever with the temperature, the pool was heated and the hot tub was nice and warm - perfect for after a day skiing.
I would definitely recommend this place, and will look to stay here again.
We loved the convenience of staying at this condo, which is so close to Cedar Breaks and an easy drive to other good hiking. We were disappointed that the pool and spa were completely gutted, as this was the primary reason for our family booking at Copper Chase. The condo hallways and common areas need TLC and a deep clean, but that's the HOA's issue. The condo itself was clean and had every thing you could possibly need for a pleasant stay.

Spring Break
We really enjoyed our trip. The condo cute and comfortable. My kids said all the bunk beds were great. They said mattresses were comfortable. The master room was also very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed decently stocked! We loved movie nights with the fire place after a long day of skiing. It was easy access and having the heated garage parking was so nice! We used the pool once and enjoyed it. Overall, great place to stay. We would definitely look to book here again. Evolve was great with communication and flexible when we had to adjust our dates a few weeks before the trip because of a last minute work change.

Nice place
Nice place for a weekend stay. Was able to fit my full size truck in the underground parking. Unit needs some love. Be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access the unit. Communications with the EVOLVE group was very few and far between. They were able to help reschedule our dates easily, but could not provide any unit details.

We went up for a family ski trip and we had a blast. Comfort wise this condo is great and it is clean. My only complaint about the condo itself is in the description it included a coffee maker. We prepared by bringing coffee and filters. Got to the condo to find the coffee maker is a k-cup coffee maker. Had to run to the general store for some k-cups. Also, the pool and hot tub were closed and we didn’t know this ahead of time. The hot tub was a big reason we chose this place. I understand things like that happen but I think it’s important to notify customers of amenity closures. With that being said, we would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Good Condo but issues with facility and listing
The condo itself was clean and comfortable but the facility especially the stairwells were filthy and in disrepair. The most disappointing was it's not really a "Ski Out" location as the description says. Yes you can work your way walking through a construction zone to get to the Pioneer lift but it was really confusing and I had to wander around for a while just to find out how to get there (as you cannot see the lift until you are right on top of it), not really a walk I'd do with all my ski equipment, and kids, it was easier to drive to Giant Steps lift.

Hi Mathew, Thank you for mentioning that everything was clean and comfortable we're happy to hear that. Thank you also for sharing your feedback about the stairwells. There is a new property manager who is diligently working to get up to speed. We have shared this with the association and they are working to remedy the issue. As for the ski-out trail, there have been some challenges with that trail due to new construction next to Copper Chase. The HOA is working to remedy that issue and ensure that there is a better trail with solid access once the construction is complete. You are right, for this year, it is best to use the free shuttle to the resort.
First visit to Brian Head. Drove 6.5 hours to only walk into the condo with sheets and dirty towles everywhere. Got a hold of the hosts with a quick relpy that the cleaners would be there within 40 minutes. An hour later they showed up to clean the place which took another hour. By now most of the food we bought in the cooler was bad. Asked for some sort of refund which they said they for sure would, still didnt get one. Also the ski in ski out really doesn't work there as construction is being done across the property blocking access to the mountain. Once we got past the terrible start we enjoyed the trip. The shuttle is very convenient! Great spa to end the day skiing in as well.

Hi Jonathan, we're glad you enjoyed the spa and the convenience of the shuttle! We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We strive to ensure that our guests have a positive experience with us and provide high standards of hospitality.
- Cleanliness is highly important to us and we're truly sorry that you experienced some cleanliness issues upon your arrival. In understanding your concern, we provided compensation for your troubles and are sorry for the delay on that. We have since replaced the cleaner and have started working with a new cleaning company that is more efficient and at Copper Chase daily.
- We value the condition of the home and the fridge was functioning well and in working condition when you arrived. We are not sure how the food you brought was compromised as the fridge was available to you and you stated that you were there waiting for the cleaner for an hour.
- We aim for transparency and in regards to the ski-in and ski-out concern, it has been posted on the Copper Chase website that due to nearby construction, it has been advised that the ski-in and ski-out trail can't be used this year and suggested that guests use the shuttle.
Thank you for sharing your review. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Great Family Stay at Brian Head
We recently took a ski trip with our two daughters (9 and 12) and this place was perfect for what we needed. Our girls had their own room with bunk beds and own bathroom. The place was clean and had lots of fun board games and a Wii, which we used on a day when we got snowed in. We loved having a full kitchen for snacks and lunches.
A couple somewhat down sides: appliances are outdated and at times barely functional. We had the oven preheating for over 30 min and it never got to temp. Coffee maker is slow but works.
Also, we wouldn’t consider this a ski in/out property. My husband went exploring to see how we could do this, and his guess is that maybe a few years ago it was ski in/out, but due to new houses being built it’s not really possible anymore.
Overall though, fantastic place to stay and we would definitely rent this property again!

Good location, poor cleanliness, poor response by owner, poor community accommodations
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. After having to cancel and trip the previous year, we were really looking forward to our second trip to Brian Head. The condo wasn't as clean as we would have liked, not just for Covid standards, but even pre-Covid standards. However, I did not complain, we just cleaned the main areas ourselves (we did not clean the fan which was very dusty, or under the bed in the kids' room, which was filthy, etc...). While it's advertised that they had 3 tvs, only 1 worked with Netflix (we followed the directions but couldn't view standard cable in any of the rooms). I did contact the owner about this, twice. The first time I sent and email, waited 24 hours, and never heard a response. The second, I called, he answered, and said he'd get back to me, after informing me that they don't use cable because they are so busy doing other things (mind you the lifts close at 4, and after a full day of skiing, we had 3 very tired kiddos who just wanted some wind down time -- not that that was any of his business -- you advertise 3 tvs, all 3 tvs should work without having to contact an owner). He never called back. I didn't feel like fighting my whole vacation, so we adapted, however were disappointed. Additionally, directions were not clear on where the pool wristbands were located -- the book in the condo said they'd be in a basket, in the hutch in the family room, they were not. They were in the master bathroom, in a bin. I certainly didn't enjoy spending any part of my vacation searching for them, but I did ask the owner when I had him on the phone, and he told me. The spa was also broken during our entire stay. I will say that my kids very much enjoyed being able to play outside in the snow, where my husband and I could either join in, or watch them from the window. This place has a lot of potential, but the owners need to take pride in their space. Find a new cleaning crew, update your book with all of the information so that it is accurate (wrist band location, how to use each TV, etc...), and be responsive when guests contact you with issues that could have easily been resolved (albeit if things are done properly, they should only have to contact you in an emergency).

Hi Cheryl, the homeowners would like to share this response: Thanks for your stay. I apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced.
- I did attempt to call you back twice but wasn't able to reach you or leave a message. I was hoping you would see the missed call and call me back to talk through the TV issues.
- There is cable in the master bedroom and the family room, and previous guests have never had an issue using it before. There are instructions in the guide in the family room, and I apologize if those weren't clear enough. We will review those again to make sure they are thorough.
- This is the first complaint I have had about the cleanliness, but I have already shared this feedback with the cleaning company and asked them to take a closer look at the areas you mentioned.
- The location of the pool wristbands is being updated on the information provided upon check-in. I'm sorry that wasn't more clear.
- While we don't have control over the pool and hot tub, I apologize that those weren't in working condition during your stay. I have requested that the HOA notify me in the future when those are down so that I can let guests know in advance in case they want to change their plans.
The location is beautiful and you are very close to several hiking trails. The only bummer was the pool heater was not working. It was a super fun trip overall!
