I rent a great apartment, with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room two rooms and a balcony, totaling 48m2 useful with 1 parking space.
The property is approximately 500 meters from the sea, very well located, close to the commercial center, banks, supermarkets, butchers, drugstores, shops in general, craft fair, etc ...
The apartment is fully furnished, 1 LCD TV, refrigerator, stove, cabinets, household items, etc ...
All well maintained, clean and organized (fit new with 6 months of little use).

Limited to 8 people (condo rule).

In periods off-season and off-holidays, above 5 persons we charge a fee.

WE DO NOT RENT FOR GROUP OF YOUNG PEOPLE.

Quanto a Smartv , o hóspede foi avisado antes de entrar no imóvel que não tinha TV por assinatura no momento. Quanto a máquina de café , eu coloquei nos itens do site cafeteira no sentido de garrafa térmica pode ter gerado confusão e vou retirar . Obs: dfurante a estadia no apto poderia ter notificado tudo isso e não fez . Eu sempre pergunto se está de acordo (vide minhas qualificações) . Quanto a limpeza , a hóspede recebeu o apto em ótimas condições , tenho vídeos antes dela entrar no apto. Agora , o modo que a hóspede deixou o apartamento foi lastimável . Completamente sujo de areia por todos os cômodos , chão grudando como se tivesse derrubado doce ou refrigerante e não limpou , desorganizado , lixo de papel higiênico no banheiro , lixo na cozinha , restos de comida apodrecendo na geladeira e pra completar quebrou a porta do armário da cozinha . Não recebo nunca mais este hóspede e não recomendo a ninguém ... Não acredito que a falta de Smartv e uma máquina de café justificam tamanha "falta de educação" .

Anfitrião é muito atencioso e educado, passou todas as orientações com clareza O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, próximo a comércio, lazer, etc...Internamente apartamento é bem aconchegante. ApêEu apenas senti falta de uma televisão para as horas de descanso. Embora tenha Chromecast, bem sempre eu consegui conectar ao meu celular. Essa questão não descaracteriza o local, é apenas um gosto meu. Eu gostaria de voltar mais vezes.
