It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney, and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom, one bedroom is downstairs and two are upstairs.
1 queen bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs are included in all rooms. WIFI and High-Speed internet are included free of charge (though subject to cable company's operations).
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Cold Pool!

The unit was a fair size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was clean. The garbage disposal was very loud and the screen on the back patio door was pieced together. There was one towel, one hand towel, one face cloth, one bath mat for each bathroom and one tea towel. We had to go out and buy more. The biggest issue is that the pool was advertised as heated and it was not. The temperature was 65 degrees for the three months we were there despite the management indicating after each inquiry that the heater was broken, the heater would be turned on tomorrow, the HOC was looking into it. The last week we were there the pool got up to 77 degrees but that was more due to the warm weather than a working heater. Management was very pleasant and easy to deal with and except for the pool, was excellent in responding to issues. The unit is centrally located with lots of things to do in the general area including restaurants and shopping.

Great location for Disney

Perfect location and accommodations for visiting Orlando. The beds were comfortable to fall into after walking. Our leg is off all day!
