This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse sleeping 8 people situated near a conservation area which includes a lake. The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All towels facecloths pool towels bedding , furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a basic startup of toilet rolls and hand soap provided in each bathroom for the first couple of days, there after it is the renters responsibility to ensure they bring enough toiletries to satisfy themselves past the first couple of days There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.



This townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse which can sleep up to 8.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.


Additional Information: All bedrooms have a tv.

In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .

The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Lovely time, great location

We had 15 nights here and it was in a great location. The pool was a short walk away but far enough away we didn't hear any noise from it. Everything we needed in the accommodation to cook for our family.Gated community was nice and having old town in walking distance was a bonus to go out on an evening and not have to drive.Would stay here again.

Family getaway

Excellent location with so much to do around us. Felt like home for our duration. The condo was warm and inviting. Could use more kitchen supplies ie.. newer pots and pans and a deep clean ie… ceiling fans very dusty. Other than that it was fantastic and we loved staying here.

Great little Condo!

We came down to stay to take our kids to Disney. This Condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids age ranging from 7 to 15. We had plenty of space for all of us. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Just about 15 minutes away from the parks!

Condo was close to all entertainment. Pool was terrific, plenty of lounge chairs, bar and restaurant was awesome …5.00 personal size pizza on Thursdays is a great idea and delicious. The condo was comfortable, but needs some improvements such as outdoor furniture and replaced carpeting. We were impressed with all the start up goodies that were available to us, it was more than we expected

My husband and I stayed at the townhouse, but my adult children/grand-kids would come by to eat and we would meet there before going to the parks. There were great fireworks in Old Town on New Year''s Eve. The townhouse/neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Adequate for our needs

Everything was adequate except for the downstairs bathroom. Bathtub drain was broken, and the sink was completely rusted. everything else was fine. We had our entire team staying in the complex and were shocked to find out that others staying in completely renovated and beautiful properties were paying the same as what we did. After knowing that, I do believe this property is overpriced for what they are offering.

Excellent place to stay!

If you are going to Disney this is the place to stay! As soon as we walked in the door we could tell the place had been cleaned well. Ample space for our family and within 15 minutes to almost every single park. We will be back here to stay each and every time we come back to Orlando.

Comfortable and close to parks

Overall a decent space but definitely needs new carpet upstairs as it was very worn and dingy. Also guests should be aware that you only get a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dish or laundry soap so you need to being your own.

Why they chose this property

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
