Regal Oaks at Old Town is a luxury, gated,, townhouse resort located 3 miles east of Disney's main gate. This world class resort will help you to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. It features: Large resort pool, slides, jacuzzi, (handicap accessable) plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas. pool bar & grill with thirst quenching drinks, games, fitness center, business center with free WiFi, mini market, gift shop, tennis, and pickleball. Our freshly painted & newly remodeled home is walking distance to all the resort amenities (180 steps), plus Old Town Kissimmee and Funspot USA. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights, go carts, Day Spa and entertainment. Nearby you’ll also find Celebration Golf Club, bike rentals, and many additional stores, & restaurants. This makes our home the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Orlando airport is 20 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is always well maintained. Enjoy new furniture in each room, luxury vinyl, plank flooring, new decor and bedding. There are 4 flat screen TV’s, central air conditioning/heat, and each of the main rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own balcony, New King size bed and Master bath suite with soaking tub after a long day at the park, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is a brand new Mickey & Minnie themed room you'll love. It has it's own en-suite, twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, & TV. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level. It has a New Queen size bed with TV and large walk in closet. The main level also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to eat in and includes: oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots and utensils. Eat at the counter or at the dining table. Relax on the new sofa. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen is provided. A hairdryer is provided. All towels are provided. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge. The unit is self catering. Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests. Additional equipment, crib, high chair, stroller can be rented from our management company at additional cost. If baby/child equipment is required, please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences. We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation. House was beautiful and clean. Very safe friendly neighborhood. Beautiful property with deer roaming around. Nice short walk to Old Town. Pool was nice but the water slides were only open one time during our stay, which was very disappointing for the kids. The onsite restraunt was great, food was delicious. Our family had an amazing stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean & well equipped. The location is 15mins from Disney. We enjoyed all the fabulous restaurants that are within walking distance. The large heated communal pool was I couple of minutes walk from the house.Would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time and the condo was perfect. We were close to Walt Disney World but away from the crowds at nightIt was awesome being able to cook healthy meals in the kitchen The only downside was the slide at the pool was never open when we were there BUT we only did pool time in the evening so it may have been open during the day. The pool was wonderful and we appreciated the zero entry for the grandkids We will definitely stay here again! The host was also very responsive and amazing! An added feature were seeing the deer who live in the woods behind the condo. They were very friendly

Great place to stay!

A perfect home to stay when visiting Kissimmee. Walking distance to Beautiful Old Town USA, restaurants and Publix grocery store. Walt Disney is a short drive from Regal Oaks. Beautiful vacation home!

Great Stay!

Overall, property was very clean and tidy. Instructions were easy to follow. Location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Only note would be the evening noise from Old Town rides prior to 11pm, but if you're not trying to sleep before that, not an issue

Charming, clean, and excellent location!! Pool area is great! Used the gym; it's small. Bedding downstairs released scented fragrance which triggered allergies and asthma. But great mattresses!!! We'd stay here again. Host is phenomenal!!!

My family and I really enjoyed this stay, it was a quiet community and very convenient to grocery stores, Disney, Disney Springs, etc. the convenience of the pool was great as well! The property was easy to find, bedrooms were so spacious especially with 3 full baths, and the checkin/checkout process was simple too. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for Disney. Basic quality but clean and fairly priced.

Couldn’t be much better location for a Disney visit. Certainly not an upscale property but it was clean and the owner appropriately established what to expect. Price was very reasonable and we enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional...

My family and I stayed at this location in Regal Oakes from Sept 20 - 27th. When we arrived, we were pleasently surprised to see a spacious, clean and well maintained house. We loved the location, and I have to say, September is a beautiful time of year to visit. My parents are big fans of Old Town and now, my husband, daughter and myself are to! At the end of a busy day, we would relax by the pool and stroll through Old Town in the evening...it was perfect. Definately planning on returning again next year and definately returning to Regal Oakes. John, our experience at your house was exceptional and hopefully we will be in touch for next year!

Nice place. Convenient location

Very Clean, convenient location to Old Town, Fun Spot, World Food Trucks and more. Beds were uncomfortable (that’s personal opinions). We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t use many dishes but I wish they offered a trial size of dish soap and laundry soap. I could have cleaned or started a load of laundry to help out which is what I do at every VRBO I stay at. Also having a regular coffee pot I wish there would have been a few coffee filters but we emprovised with paper towel. I have stayed at several VRBO’s and I wish this one offered a starter pack like some I have seen that was convenient for people staying a couple of days or even a week.

VRBO did not send access codes to get in. VRBO had trouble accessing my account once contacted. VRBO i give a not so good rating. They are suppose to be professional. Condo very clean. Furniture nice, however beds have terrible mattresses and bedding mainly the sheets need replacing. CHEAP microfiber sheets full of pilling. I thought there was sand or bugs in the bed. Mighty uncomfortable to say the least. Cheap microfiber sheets are not meant for this type of usage. I am sure the owner has no idea but should be aware. Location convenient to most items needed. The noise at night from Old Town Carnival is annoying if you try and rest early until the place closes. Amenities at the facility were great. Pool slide was a hit. Furst VRBO experience.

Overall this townhome was perfect for what we needed as a family and the plans we had for the weekend. The only feedback I would have is on the cleanliness. One of the beds had stains on the sheets and the towels had random hair on them.

Great place to stay. Was really surprised at the food and the pool. They have a geat sports bar that has great food and drinks. Pool was amazing. Woke up every morning to a family of deer right by our rental. Oh and best thing is your right next door to the Old Town.

We loved the location. Was perfect for our grandkids. After dinner walked at the old town. And trip to legoland, Disney spring, and the seaworld. Was all perfect. We have great time. Only thing I would change is the appliance in the condo. Maybe it’s time to up date, the fridge don’t have light. We have to use the flesh light to see in, and don’t have ice maker. We have to used what the owner left in there to make ice cube. Which is for 6 person wasn’t enough. But over all the unit was very clean. The owner is very easy to connect. And very friendly. Thank you very much for letting us stay I you place…

The house was very nice. It was close enough to the shops and the parks. Only thing I will add is that the sheets were clean, but pilling. It was uncomfortable against bare skin. Check in/check out was seamless. Spacious place.

Our stay was great! Our condo was close to the front where all the amenities were so short walk for pool, workout room, etc…Our condo was wonderful for cooking meals and had everything we needed. It was clean and checkout was easy.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a fantastic location—conveniently close to both Disney and Universal, which made getting to the parks a breeze. We also loved being able to walk to Zac’s, the onsite restaurant, and to Old Town for a couple of enjoyable meals. The property itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing place to stay while visiting the parks.

Our home is conveniently located within the development. It is close enough to walk to the pool, all resort amenities and Old Town; but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We are on a beautiful well lit street.
