We are in a five star resort that boasts a water park. This luxury condo is a beautiful place to enjoy Disney, Universal, Sea World and Orlando. After visiting the theme parks, golfing and shopping; take a break and relax.
Windsor Hills is a five-star resort and our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and tiled floors that give it an airy and spacious feel.

This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It is professionally decorated with a huge Master Suite and two additional bedrooms. One with a Queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds designed especially for the kids with a strong Mickey Mouse motif. The full sized crib will make even the youngest member of your family feel at home. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room. The condo also has DVD player. The furniture is top of the line. It will take your breath away as you enter the room.

You will love relaxing on the screened balcony. This is a fourth floor corner condominium with a penthouse view of the lake below. The Master Suite and each of the bedrooms also have beautiful views out their windows.

Imagine coming back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only one and a half miles away) and taking a dip in the lagoon style swimming pool while the kids enjoy going down the two story waterslide at the pool. Or they may choose to play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Hills clubhouse. Or they prefer to take in a movie in the on-site, cinema. There is no charge for any of these activities. The playground is phenomenal. It features a large castle and many more extras.

Windsor Hills is beautiful, quiet, and, best of all, RELAXING! Once you have stayed there, you will never want to stay in a mere Orlando hotel, but will want to come back again.

Windsor Hills is a gated community located within the heart of Orlando’s premier tourist attractions. Windsor Hills is located along Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to US 192 in Kissimmee’s tourist corridor. Located just two miles from I-4, Windsor Hills is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Downtown Disney, and several outlet shopping malls.

Nice condo, great resort. Lots for young kids to do. Splash pool and waterpark made it fun to stay on site. Close to Disney and all the other big Orlando attractions.Check with owners on what is in the place and what you’ll need to buy, before you arrive.Easy check-in and easy checkout.Wish they would have some recycling capabilities though.

Host was very welcoming. Things to improve; needs a new couch and chairs for living room. We had a hard time getting out of the couch. Needs more hand and bath cloths. Ants in the kitchen. Mattresses are about shot as wet as the pillows. The cleaning crew did a great job. It smelled and looked great.

The property was wonderful, clean well maintained very pleasant atmosphere. Staff was great perfect place if you were traveling with children, the splash pads and the flume rides or godsend. I would definitely recommend it even as a place to stay if you’re not going to any of the parks.

Great location and a really well kitted out apartment. Check in was easy and when we had an issue with the AC it was sorted out immediately. The furnishings and decor are a little dated but this didn’t detract from it being a great stay. Only criticism is that the beds are not great, really soft and unsupportive.

Excellent, clear, and thorough directions for the stay. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. The pool, arcade, and welcome center were a great relaxing treat for in between FL activities. Perfect location for getting to various places around the area - and a Starbucks very close by.

The check in was made so easy, low expectations on checkout in comparison to other stays, they didn’t ask a lot! Very clean and nice home, will absolutely stay again. We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney, and its pool and splash zone for my grand-daughter. The condo was perfect, and the hosts were exceptional. We encountered a family health emergency on our last day there, and they were wonderful in helping us navigate our departure and being flexible. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We will definitely choose this location again on our next visit!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great to Disney as well as other restaurants and shopping. The water park was a great break from Disney. The down-side was that it filled up fast and was very hard to get chairs. We would stay at this property again.

Pre-cruise stay!

We stayed here two days before leaving for a cruise! Location was great, pool and splash pad was fantastic! The resort employees were so nice and helpful! The condo was easy to get to, the owners gave us very clear instructions on accessing the property and condo itself. The condo was comfortable for the six of us, the two twin bed mattress’ could use an upgrade as my girls complained on how hard they were! Everything else was just what we needed and I would gladly stay here again!
