Our family of 5 shared this unit with another family of 5 for a AAU basketball tourney. House was clean, everyone had their own beds, and the property was great! We used the nearby pools and lazy river during our downtime and basically enjoyed just sleeping and going in and out for our busy days. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a good vacation house in the Orlando area. A 20-25 minute drive to Disney. The house was clean and spacious for a family of 5. 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowed everyone to spread out after a day at the parks. The decor was cute - Mickey themed. Plenty of bath towels and the pool gives "towel cards" for specific pool towels when visiting the amenities. The only thing we were slightly disappointed by was the lack of any "extras" such as board games, pens/pencils and paper, coloring, etc. We did find lazy river floaties in one of the closets so we didn't have to purchase them at the pool. The resort pool was very nice - lazy river and slide. Overall I would recommend this house as a rental.

The hiuse was very clean. The resort had alot to do for the littles and teens. The hist was very reaponsive. Will definitely look for this place on next visit.

The pool and lazy river were fantastic. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The house itself was spacious and allowed for privacy for all. Really nice location and we would stay here again.

Stephanie was great at responding to messages and sorted out any issues and went over and above. The house was in a great location and it was only a very short walk to the pools and amenities. The house had everything we needed and more. It was a short drive to Disney and because of where it was located we very rarely hit traffic. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

The Total Package

Nice clean plenty of room, would i stay here again? In a heartbeat. I have nothing negative to say. Fresh clean towels. Everyone at the resort were so friendly. Plenty of closet space. All the restaurants were in close proximity. Hands down they deserve every bit of 5 STARS.We truly enjoyed our stay.

My family and friends enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms! It was both clean and comfortable. We loved the Disney themed rooms. The property was well equipped. We took advantage of the resort amenities. The teens loved the pool, water slide, lazy river, and hot tub. Stephanie, our host, was awesome! She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall the home was just as described in the pictures we had all ages and it was accessible for all, there are steep stairs going to the upstairs but they have retractable Gates blocking off the steps, and there is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There are a few normal wear and tear issues scratches on the walls stains in the carpet but nothing that would hinder your stay, overall it was pretty clean. We are a big cooking family so we did bring additional pots and pans and a slow cooker however all of the essentials were provided so it was really not needed. You do however need to bring personal items such as soap and shampoo additional garbage bags seasonings for cooking .The host Stephanie is very easy to get ahold of responding within minutes so any concerns or questions are answered right away. The teenage and young adult kids went up and watched a movie and played in the arcade there are several things to do by the club house. Heated pool lazy river movie night games. We would definitely book here again.
