Very good pizza by the pool, Jacvuzzi, Water Slide, and a kiddie pool area, Lazy River. All amenities included. No need to drive. Relax and Enjoy. This nice property features 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed, perfect for families or groups. With 4 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. Wonderful stay

It was a fairy nice and clean place overall.We did have to go to the dryer to get towels and washcloths.

Thanks for your stay. Feedback is noted. House Rule is for guests to clean after themselves. Usually tons of towels are used because the pool during a stay. A 4 hour window for HK to clean all linens and towels is not enough. Rarely it end up being in the dryer if guests don’t follow up house rules.

Stayed here for the week of Christmas and had an amazing time! The host was awesome and responded quickly to all my questions. Very sweet and accommodating. The house was a perfect size for my size 8 family! Close enough to all parks with so much to do around. Having a pool and arcade at the front of resort was a win for us! The only thing I would say is that I could tell another family had just left before we arrived. A rushed cleaning I would say. Besides that , we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

There was a camera in the living room and the maid was in our room Cleaning at 1130 (checkout is noon) and we felt very uncomfortable that someone entered the unit before the checkout time.

Hi. I hope you enjoyed the full of your stay. As for our family, we respect privacy.The camera in the living room is for your safety and it is only active if intruder break in. There is other camera at outside lanai. The one in the living room is not active. Only with breaking entry. Check out time at the resort is at 10:00 am however I let guest check out at 11:00 am. The House Keeper is very sweet and she knocks. Maybe she didn’t realize you were there. Or if there was no car outside she might have thought you have left. I hope you still enjoyed your stay. Very respectfully Amira Ruiz

unit was my family vacation spot. I chose Davenport for easy commute from the highway and fast access to Disney Spring, the outlets and the mall at the Millenia. I love the Lazy River as it is for all ages. It gives me a chance to Relax while taking care of the kids. Very nice Location. Hope you enjoy your stay the way we always did.

What makes this property unique

The place is very Cozy and a Relaxing Spot. Nice Fresh Breeze and Surrounded by a reserve tree area so it is quiet. For a Small Daily Resort Fee of $20 plus tax you enjoy all the resort amenities including 3 car parking, pool, lazy pool, arcade and more . The Resort attendee and guests are very relaxed and fun. I enjoy watching them walking around in their swim suits and floaties. Multi- diversity spot. The Resort Staff are helpful and they let you be and enjoy your time. 🌺
