Each condominium unit has a large, private beach storage cabana which is conveniently located just steps from the sand. This cabana comes complete with a beach cart, lounge & beach chairs, umbrella, fishing rods and basic tackle for your enjoyment.
PROPERTY AMENITIES:
The Bay Tree Club community includes 2 pools; one gulf-side and one bay-side, 2 picnic/grilling areas, beach storage cabanas, beach-side restroom facilities, beach-side rinse -off shower, complimentary boat/kayak docks and great fishing from the beach or dock.
Parking: Park in the designated space within our securely monitored lot. Ample guest spots are available for your visitors as well.
