1. It's a 3 bedroom apartment with attached toilet.( Perfect for family stay)
2. It's fully furnished apartment with
(I) Air-conditioning in every room including common area.
(II) TV and Sofa Set.
(III) Dinning table to accommodate 6 people.
(IV) Kitchen ( refrigerator + cooking stove + cooking utensils + cutlery)
(V) Smoke Alarm. (Smoking is only allowed in Balcony. However, if you trigger the smoke alarm you will have to pay fine.)
(VI) Extra beds are available.
(VII) Free 3mbps WIFI connection.
(IX) House cleaning everyday from 10am till 11am.
**Other facilities includes:
(I) 24hours generator support.
(II) 24hours security guard.
(III) Parking Spot.
(IV) Recreational park(includes jogging lane, basketball court, gym, crossfitness area, football ground, artificial lake).
